Okay, so we are going to see someone taunt Ashutosh regarding the age-gap thing. Remains to be seen how he will handle it. However, given that this is the central theme, this is bound to keep happening. Let us come up with our own experiences and ideas that might help Ashutosh in dealing with this. We can forward this thread to KPji. Maybe he might find something interesting there that he may like to incorporate in the storyline.

I will go first. I will share an incident from the life of my aunt's sister.

My chachi's sister married a man who is ten years older to her. She is very pretty and young looking even now at sixty whereas her husband was always a bit overweight and appeared much older than her.

One day, she had bought a new pair of jhumkas and was modelling them for all of us. Uncle came there and she asked him how she looked.

He looked at her, smiled sweetly and said,

"you look lovely, dear...just that people are already asking me if you are my daughter...soon, they might start asking if you are my granddaughter...so what...no big deal...am proud to have such a gorgeous and young looking wife".

Obviously, it does...youa re human after all...and women are more vulnerablet, I would think..after all it is said that an man's age does not matter as much as his bank balance does! Whereas a woman is always judged on the basis of her looks, even if she is highly qualified and earns well!

Just imagine the plight of my mom's colleague who married her student...the guy is seven years younger than her...she is always decked up and dressed in the best of clothes..she makes every effort to not let the age gap show...I cant comment on whether it does depsite that since I have never met her husband though!
