TOI:Bollywood is weird topic for me-Wahi

Karan Wahi, one of the most popular actors on TV with a huge fan following, doesn't exactly feel that Bollywood had worked for him.

"Bollywood has become a weird topic for me. I signed a lot of films and I rehearsed a lot, but my films didn't go on floors". But like any other TV star, Bollywood is always on the agenda. "Any actor will want to be a film star. I want to see myself on the silver screen. But TV has made me. It is my bread and butter".

But Karan is not disheartened and is content with what he's doing currently."As an actor, my job is to work and act. So I'm ok with TV, films and commercials". So is the TV industry a secure place? "TV is very competitive. It feels so different. There are so many good looking people and actors", adding, "Actors are also insecure. Today you are as big as your show is. You need to work very hard and be blessed with a show that works for long".

But for Karan's fans, they are happy to see their chocolate boy act, be it the big screen or small screen.
