nidhi will be back...2 tracks parallelly...ashu will also give a thought abt nidhi coming back...otherwiseDr.jyoti has completed her internship ye dikhane ki koi zarurat to tha nahi...wo bhi she told ashu only not nidhi...so this will play in ashu's mind...

Waiting from the car drive to the breakfast scene for one of them to give this suggestion. But glad that Nidhi said it herself. Whatever her reasons maybe to get back. It'll be a treat to see the Dr. and his intern in the hospital.😃
