from day one you could see his insistence on showing mallika in all her lights...and in that process he destroyed the love story and sadly could not do justice to mallika's character as well..there was soo much of scope with this story as we...if handled maturely...a person scorned and rejected need to be pure evil ...there were ways in which he could have handled this same triangle...

we should shop in the same super market he does for maturity then maybe all this would be digestible...

You know I could actually understand Mallika's pain and empathize with her to start with...but now he has painted her as pure evil and besides, Rukshar is giving her heart and soul to make the character so despicable that the connect is so lost...yes, even with the same storyline there was so much more scope...you can see flashes of brilliance here and there even now...but overall, there is no consistent or concerted effort to produce quality stuff for a mature and discerning audience..

I still say mature because, fortunately for us, we don't use the same dictionary as KPji does!

and nidhi would have been the air head dimwitted outcast...
ohh wait she still is the dim witted outcast as per him..today's generation

Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, you think?

mallika was a wonderful character when started..she brought out the sympathy in all of us and at that poit u cld understand her insecurity regarding nidhi but now turning her into pure evil vamp losing all her class elegance self respect that u cannot connect...this is not human..

we should ask him to post the link to his dictionary for us😆

A man who is locked in a loveless marriage, a woman who knows her husband does not love her but loves him madly and a young woman who comes into their lives only to fall madly in love with the husband...

Why don't we ever get to watch mature, nuanced stuff? WHy does it always have to be in black and white?

Reminds me of an very old art cinema movie Grih Pravesh.. wer a married middle aged man with one kid falls for a young bright secretary.. not state-of-the art love affair at all.. this young lass infact turned out to b his true soulmate! (yup soulmate!😆) bt the irony here had been tht Sharmila Tagore the wife had been neglecting her beauty for her duty i.e. for the house thy wanted to buy.. she sacrificed her time, health, need, wishes..everything for the better life thy wanted to live.. a typical wife! the hero sanjeev kumar being a typical dutybound husband till this attractive and charming butterfly entered his office.. initially reluctant and hesitant, he slowly fall for her.. coz she actually turned out to b a deep woman and not some frivolous immature girl! But she was bold and forward too.. she knew he was married.. and asked him to chose betn his wife and his luv in the end! This movie starts with an extremely romantic and aesthetically and realistically shot bedroom scene betn a husband and wife.. Sharmila was extremely expressive and very realistic! 👏 such was thr married life and yet this new young girl made way into his life.. and the husband wife drifted apart slowly! he gets obsessed with her physically too so much so tht he visualizes her realisticially in his dreams and finds her in his bed betn his wife and him!
The following video depicts tht scene..
Its significant in the sense tht thr was similar passionate scene betn husband wife in the beginning of this movie.. and this new young fashionable girl comes betn thm.
.
I dont remember much of Sanjeev Kumar's stance or how the story progresses after tht.. it was too slow and bit boring too inspite of this interesting plot line😆
bt i do remember the end wer wife asks her husband to call his young luv at home before thy separate and she gets ready as if fighting a last losing battle against young attractive girl!
bt i really dont remember the end.. i think this young girl feels for this wife and goes out of his life!
The wife's state was so sorry state.. bt thrs was an arranged mrg and the man finds true luv in a younger girl! So story was interesting!

its not just about the story line na Sujatha...its about how its taken and showed to us...KPji keeps harping about his grey characters when the fact of the matter is he doesn't know how to show those grey characters...and thats why when i envision the concept of Ashu marrying Mallika, and the story taken up by KPji...it sends a shiver down my spine...

Sujatha and turags...Thanx a ton for making me laugh...Since I saw yesterday's episode i can't get poor Nidhi out of my mind...Ur posts brought a much needed smile on my face...😊

As fro KPji...The less we speak about him and his maturity the better...😡

Even this scenario could have been shown logically and decently had the writer applied his mind. Mallika should have been portrayed like Rohan. Falling helplessly in love with a friend but understands the friend' s condition. After the broken marriage returns in a truly bad condition who desperately needs help.. Ashu giving her shelter and takes care.within the limits . Nidhi getting in secured which in turn creates Mu between the couple. Given her age and impulsive nature Nidhi's behavior will not appear irrational. This could have created a drama which is bearable. Writer's beloved Mallu could have been accommodated without compromising Ashu' s character. Viewers would have felt his majboori and the anger .Here Mallu is a cruel vamp and Ashu pretty well knew about Mallu" s jealousy, her hatred for Nidhi and all her previous mis deeds. he also knows about Nidhis honesty. So the story has become a comedy, horror solely because of the writer's inability.

Good question Sujatha...Dr.Ashutosh wd bcum mor n mor hard-stone n they togeder wd b a perfect boring couple n scary couple too fr the KGH...in donon ki dum uske bahaar nahin hai😆If Nidhi came after dat-I've doubt Nidhi ever den wd fall for Ashutosh but agar hoti bhi,Rohan usko bacha kar le jaata😉Lekin Ashu ka kya hota!-Mallu se khayer nahin milta aur Munni ke liye Hard-stone badnaam ho jaata😛
