I voted for undiagnosed brain injury. But I really feel that as his knee was injured his thinking brain being in his knee got disturbed.

Wanted to vote for Option2, undiagnosed brain injury but after reading yesterday's WU...(can't even bear to see the episode), I am not in any mood to make light of the situation...

So the only reason I can put to Ashu's behaviour is that he is proving (and via the character KP is proving) to all viewers that age-gap is actually not a good thing in a relationship...It is not always correct to assume that maturity brings more understanding...Maturity can at times warp ur mind and dim ur sense of reasoning...In Ashu's case lagta hai chaalis saal mein daactar sahab sathya gaye....See got back my sense of humour...😉

As for the reason I would opt for...lets ask KP and he will tell us what reason he has visualised for Ashu's behaviour...After all at the end of this track when Mallu's true nature is revealed to Ashu he will have to give some explanation for his behaviour, to Nidhi, tio BB, to CB, to Anjie, to DB...and possibly even to CS...So KPji put on ur thinking hat and be sure u give us a logical explanation for Ashu's behaviour!!!!

Mehek, after all these days you actually expect KPji to give us or anybody else reasons...mature people like him don't operate that way...and I am assuming Ashutosh is a reflection of the man himself...!

and what kind of grey characters is KPji talking about here? because all i see is black. as per the rain sequence, Mallika doesn't even hesitate to kill Nidhi..is that grey? Ashu, without giving a chance to Nidhi asks her to leave coz she is behaving like a spoilt kid...is that grey? BB doesn't see his naathin nor the fact that she is the living memory of his lost daughter..he is blind and deaf and dumb to everything except what Ashu says...is that grey? or is KPji going to say despite all this Nidhi would love and keeping on loving Ashu and will keep on sacrificing her self respect every time he proves his lack of faith and trust in her? is that what he(KP) thinks marriage and relationship should be all about?

Turags why dont you seriously try for an explanation for Ashu's behavior from KP? We may get some mature and hair splitting ideas.
