Btw, Option 4 Bigg Boss-itis is a dangerous disease that you contract from being cooped up within the same house for extended periods of time...you become irrational and moody...basically you go crazy!

Actually, I voted for any other myself...cos Ashu, like an epic hero who came well before him, is usooldaar and vachan band...and his wife always has to pay the price for his moral uprightness...much like the epic heroine who was banished to the forest for no fault of hers, I suppose Nidhi too has to suffer her fate ...like KPji said, this is the price that women who marry adarsh purushs have to pay!

Sujatha, is this really about usools?? and what principles are we talking about here? does moral uprightness mean that the accused is not even given a chance to defend herself? and does being a vachan band mean he knows only his promises of friendship and not the ones he made during his marriage? and i don't find any trace of a epic hero...just a MCP who kicked out his wife in the middle of the night and is not even worried about where she would go at that time and if she DOES go back to her Baba's house, how is the said father going to react to his daughter being kicked out of her house during the night. and why am i even bothering to think of what CV would think of Ashu's actions...its clear that that thought never even entered Ashu's head. At least the epic hero that you are talking about sent his brother to make sure his wife reaches the vicinity of a shelter in the forest.

and what kind of grey characters is KPji talking about here? because all i see is black. as per the rain sequence, Mallika doesn't even hesitate to kill Nidhi..is that grey? Ashu, without giving a chance to Nidhi asks her to leave coz she is behaving like a spoilt kid...is that grey? BB doesn't see his naathin nor the fact that she is the living memory of his lost daughter..he is blind and deaf and dumb to everything except what Ashu says...is that grey? or is KPji going to say despite all this Nidhi would love and keeping on loving Ashu and will keep on sacrificing her self respect every time he proves his lack of faith and trust in her? is that what he(KP) thinks marriage and relationship should be all about?

Suja, a most vaild argument...but pointless in the face of men who have their own definition for usool, maturity and gray. But you are right..the epic hero did have the decency to send his brother along to ensure his wife's safety at least upto a point...and he was upholding the principle of rajdharma. which says that the king should set a principle for his subjects...wonder if that is the reason why a good majority of our men are such MCPs...their idols have been that too time and again!

I guess people see what they want to see...the said epic hero didn't go on with his life as if nothing has happened once he sent his wife off on the name of usool and Raja Dharma...he grieved for her every minute of every day to the extent that he neglected his King duties..and MCPs conveniently ignore that aspect. They see the husband who sent off his wife. Not the King who was forced to do it and the husband who suffered because of that decision.

Very true...at least there was the conflct between the king and the husband, the conflict between personal good and larger good...wonder what the conflict really is here...which sane person would go by the word of a self -confessed lunatic who has, hardly a couple of days ago, spoken of her lack of control over her actions?!

Yeah, now that i think about it, Ashu has turned into the character of Amir in Ghajini..(don't remember the character's name)...he can only remember anything for 15 mins. on the 16th minute he forgets everything that has happened before. thats the only valid reason i can think of for the current Ashu's behaviour. he has forgotten Mallika threw tantrums, burnt her sari, pushes away everyone who came near her except Ashu, tore their wedding pictures, threw away her medicines...everything..coz he can only remember things for the next 15 mins.
