Few things that have changed the face of KTLK

First of all,

The age-gap love affair... except for the age numbers that once in a while characters now mention...this concept got swept in the 'Great Mallika maya' Tsunami.



We wanted to see, the real clashes and conflicts due to the age-gap.. the mentality, the physical abilities, the insecurities...and how the lead pair could overcome that..


Nidhi is shown very much uninterested in the medical profession (which she aced)...Sitting idle at home and somehow, that influence made an effect on others too (Rohan, Solankis, Vermas, Mathurs and now Mallu even)


We wanted to see an active hospital ( or their respective work places) environments, where the love could have blossomed, flourished, caused embarrasments, developed differences...

The show had turned into a battle ground with spoons & pans as their weapons and combs & domestic violence as their cause to instigate the fight...

We wanted to see a battle ground of Operation theatre with scalpels and x-rays as their weapons and the professional ethics causing a conflict to instigate the fight.


The show made a mockery of good friendships and turned them into a set of love affairs..in that process butchering Ashutosh,Mallika, Rohan's characters...(How Mallika is duped in the hands of Jagan is a total waste... which has become the main theme of the story now-a-days)

We wanted healthy friendships which have turned into the side of love and personal affections but could have been settled with the support of high family values and supports by BB, CB, DB.

well said .how much ever we cry ,its falling on deaf ears If. only someone is replaced we have to put up with crappy things.KP is an expert in spoiling a beautiful love story😡

Great post Mudra...Show Has become Crappy..All are shouting their lungs out..But Its not reaching to concerned Person..He is busy in dishing more Crappy Tracks...All Essence of show is lost long back..Where is Age gap issue??..professional tussle...

Now, the forth coming violin disruption / saree burning... etc will only further deepens our anguish..
SK said, this Mallu is only for 2 weeks... but I guess, these two weeks will be more torturous... to come out...

I dunno how can someone be so blind to what the audience wants to see? TRPs mus hv fallen last week so now Rohan is brought in to get another spike... but what after that??? Is that what the writer can come up with?? Show crap and see TRP fall n do a twist n again see it go down the drain?? 😕

Poor fellow Rohan... They could not utilise him in the first appearance and are bringing him back... I hope they will not further butcher him... I seriously recommend, KW must ask his role and come for the second appearance...😡

the basic foundation of this show was hospital romance and some drama with challenges/threats by characters like mallika and rohan ..this would have made for perfect viewing instead of the violent story of domestic abuse, wedding saree burning and what not...

i was really hoping to see mallika back nursing a heartbreak from a bad marriage (like dr.sheena)..but was shocked out of my wits to see this violence bit... it wud have made for so much better viewing with ashni back in hospital after wedding and mallika back in the hospital as well creating small problems in their lives.. it would look more real than this current track...
i wonder was there even a need to show such extreme scenarios in a light entertaining show...

You are right.. even the Dr.Sheena's redemption was so beautiful in DK...
