Good logical question. In Dk shina's(mallu character there) husband came to take her back as he actually loved her and as per their custom 2nd marriage is legal. He never tortured her and always tried to make her happy. He cheated him by hiding his 1st marriage. But love was always there. As KPji said it is not the copy of DK !!!! but showing same situation but illogically. DK was a logical, sophisticated, rational and beautiful story. KPji made it illogical, loud(Mallu part), irrational and a complecated story of Mallu.

only in one case Jagan's re-entry will get some justifiction if he comes out with a valid story from Mallu's past which force him to take such drustic step & HIS BEHAVIOUR or the reason which has been shown is not enough. Anybody said no to him and he is back after 10/12 years and marry her for torturing her.
But reason may be anything but no-one has right to torture any woman good or bad.
showing this sort of thing is very harsh and bad taste. It is a love story of Ashni whose age gap is 18 years. It is their story. If this track is to reveal Mallu infront of Ashu then its ok. It should be done ASAP. Too irritating & disgusting.
