Thanks for the beautiful update.๐๐ผ I really liked the epi today, โค๏ธ had a lot more sense and meaning to it. It was an out and out Ashni epi, first enjoying the aftermath of their 'SR',๐ then the tea and Ashu's attempts to make her happy and then Nidhi's interaction with Ashu's family.๐
One thought struck me today, not related to the epi, but when the show started Ashu was a loner, no family except HK๐ญ and today the scene is the exact opposite, Ashu's house is full of people and buzzing with activity whereas the Verma house is very quiet!๐
Seeing Ashu's progression today was wonderful.๐ Their love was more tangible, there were a lot of little gestures from Ashu where he was more expressive ๐ and Nidhi just loved being loved! โบ๏ธThere was an easy compatibility from his side. During the safari the way he sat beside her to hug her, holding hands, hugging her from behind, very beautiful as if he did not want to let her go even for a second.๐ Nidhi's response, their eye-locks and their shared joy was all there to see.๐ Completely loved this segment, but wish the CVs had stretched the HM to the entire day today?๐ This is KTLK's specialty, always the good portions are rationed,๐๐ผ maybe they are worried that too much sweetness will cause diabetes or something?? ๐ But CVs, coconut in UP ka jungle? ๐Could have show them sharing a juice or something!
The tea scene was the highlight for me.๐ First Ashu's thoughtfulness in making AKC, then drooling on Nidhi, then gently waking her up, so much tenderness from him.๐ณ Then Nidhi's response to AKC, nicely telling him that she had coffee in the morning, then realizing she may have hurt him. โค๏ธ Then the way she handled him, told him it was alright and then proceeded to share the AKC, very adjusting and easy going there.๐คThis is the highlight of her character, she knows when to display that maturity, knows when to get serious, and she has her ways to put Ashu at ease. ๐ BTW, even Ashu is a fast learner, he gave the tip without Nidhi promoting him. ๐ His understanding of people and society and his interaction with outsiders is improving too!
Back home, loved how Ashu and Armaan ganged up and teased Nidhi about going back to the jungle.๐ Again loved a few things about Nidhi's character in this segment.๐
1. When aunty tells her about cooking, she immediately takes up the challenge, even gets excited.๐๐ผ Nidhi is always ready to experiment, try something new, very fearless. ๐
2. Nidhi doing all that research, she really wants to do her best. ๐ Also displaying her sensitivity towards elders and their attachment to rituals, she does not make a mockery of it.๐๐ผ Actually I liked the way aunty praised Nidhi for her dedication here, very good. ๐
3. Liked how she did not take HKs help, no short cuts for this girl.
4. All that excitement makes her fumble, maybe she was nervous too, but again she displayed that quick thinking and found her way out.๐ She is not shy about asking questions and correcting her mistakes and yes, she knows where to go for help. ๐
5. Loved her interaction with Armaan and totally loved how she put Ashu on the spot. ๐ And Ashu, please no more kajoosi. Please learn to appreciate your wife's effort on special occasions and give her the occasional gift! ๐ Yet agai he got away with a piece of paper! ๐ฒ
6. Loved the respect she shows towards elders, even HK, its a very endearing quality! ๐ Reminded me of the epi when she talks about JS inmates to Ashu and says she cannot imagine how people do not look after their older relatives๐ ...today her actions justified her words. Bravo. ๐
Precap - whatever is written, AShu will get ragged.๐ Lets see how he handles it?? Maybe he will be hurt that Nidhi showed Armaan the paper, maybe she will have to manofy her ruthe saiyaan! ๐
Lesson learnt: Yet again, KTLK proving its different. One would think SR was an important occasion in a show, but not here. Once more it was used simply as a back drop to project the progression in the Ashni relation.
Revelations:
1. Even Ashu knows some PJs, I liked how he ragged Nidhi with his 'suffer/ safar' joke!
2. Good to see CVs are sticking to Ashu's character, he became reserved when he was in front of his family but earlier with Nidhi he was completely open. This is the contrast I have been waiting to see for a while...
