With Baisakhi, Vishu and the Bengali New Year falling back to back, here's how celebs plan to make the most of it..

Manasi: Because of hectic schedules, these days the only time the entire family meets is during festivals. My mother makes it a point to organise an elaborate dinner during all the major festivals so that all the cousins can catch up. We also perform a traditional puja and wear Indian clothes and jewellery. There is an attempt to create a positive and joyous energy through the festival.

Vishal: Festivals and holidays are either about spending time with family and friends or travelling. Holidays towards the latter half of the year tend to be great for travelling, as the weather is great not only in India but also in most places close by, like Dubai. For me, it's also important to spend time with family as it's the family that really gives the 'festive' feeling to holidays.
