Prologue
Nidhi's phone was found in shambles...(phones are not major part of the show now..no more phone advertisement)...Nidhi was in a simple tights & kurti at the time of accident. Sue and Adi finished their parts and left the show.
Now:
Disheveled looking Ashutosh refused to accept the 'Nidhi is missing and may not be alive' theory..ran a marathon..had hitch at the same village hospital where he himself was found...played the violin tune outside the hosp.
..Nidhi inside in a blue color-violin date saree..stirred up..became alive...got up .. a patti with red marks on her head..came out holding the blood transfusion bottle..š³.(why blood for a drowned person??..sorry CVs are not from medical BG..dont ask)Ashutosh took her handš³ and admitted her at KGH...All masked doctors ( still I dont know their names) performed complicated surgeries on her (for what?..I told you not to ask any questionsš”)...and she is in the ICU.
Entire Nidhi's clan reached at the Hospital..š²AB, Armaan, kaka present there too.
Ashutosh is treating Nidhi but remembered his promise to her..
Ranga careful not to schedule Dr.Mallika at the ICU..šstill,
Mallika tried to switch bottles of B12 with anaesthesia at Nidhi. But good lady Janakibai found this and kept the right medicine back..š
Mallika tried misplacing the Nidhi's ICU file...that too was found out by the ward boy..š
Mallika tried to keep away all the relatives of Nidhi from making Kotnis a 'mela' spot only to be thwarted by Ashutosh and he allowed the entire public to go in & out of ICU freely at their will..just like a movie theater...

Dr.Ranganath is restless..he informed Dr. Ashutosh that Nidhi's blood group is rare and the blood bank doesnt have the blood stock any more.. Nidhi's condition is deteriorating...All Nidhi's relatives and friends checked their blood groups...All hospital inmates also done the same for no match...
Then...happened...strange...AshBaba's blood group matched..š.Every one is happy...NiBaba doesnt have words to praise AshBaba.. They hug each other..the song 'khoon ka rishta..sab se mahaan...' in the BG...camera focussed on the poster on the hospital wall 'Blood is thicker than water'.
AshBaba and Nidhi on adjacent beds...there is a connection from AshBaba to blood bottle and outlet to Nidhi...(Again trying to ask questions..š”.you ppl are really..!!!!)
Nidhi is back to her cheerful self within ten minutes...only difference is ..she is wearing all DB's sarees with her loose hair in the tight bun..šš
Now, age-gap problem is solved, relationship problem is also solved..
Every one happily agreed & performed AshNi..and..at the same time less important RAnji marriages...in the Kotnis hospital back ground ...then and there...hospital staff attended and danced. .
..chai was supplied from the famous kitli to all the guests...Dejected Mallika packed her bags (ofcourse, jewellery too) gave her 3 CR worth house to her friend Ashutosh as wedding gift ...

Epilogue (baarah saal later):
The place where Nidhi fell into the river has now become a pilgrim spot...several researchers published their theses about miracles of Gomti...once in every 12 years there is a 'mela' where all buddhe take dip into the river for all its goodness...If you happen to go there, you will find a buddhi..roaming around with a friend's foto frame in her hands & jaap the mantra..'chaubees saal'.
