Actually yknow what-as I wrote all the options, I realised that I agree with you. Let Ashu die-and let them start a whole new show !!

Maybe Nidhi can suffer from temporary amnesia due to shock and fall in love with the new guy. And as their love grows -she realises she never loved Ashu at all

By then-we would have outgrown Ashu and the serial !!! 😆
