I think it's stupid to call your partner/love by Sir or Doc or Suniyee...what time are we living in...respect doesn't has to do with the way we address someone...Nidz herself raised a age-difference by addressing him as doc..
and sorry to say: I think that hole Suniyee thing is just childish...

as its been said , whats in a name ? so many people call their loved ones in names other than their given one... if nidhi feels comfortable calling him doc or sir then whats the harm? 😊 though sir does sound a bit formal ..but it does not make her love for him anyless than what it wud have been if she called him ashu or ashutosh...
