Though, both Dr. Nidhi and DR. Ashutosh are trying to change for each other but it seems that this change might create misunderstanding between them.

The recent episode of SONY TV Kuch Toh Loge Kahenge (KTLK) showed that Nidhi forces Ashutosh to join her at disco. Ashutosh goes with Nidhi unwillingly and he feels awkward and did not liked the place. Ashutosh tells Nidhi that he is not comfort with this place but Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) asks him to enjoy.

Meanwhile a girl meets Ashutosh in the disco and asks him how can he see his girlfriend dancing with another guy. Ashutosh says that he loves her (Nidhi) but soon gets upsets to see that Nidhi is enjoying more with Rohan. Ashutosh (Mohnish Behl) gets ready to leave the disco and asks Nidhi to come back with Rohan. Nidhi says that she came with him so how can she go back with Rohan? Ashutosh gets upset and says that he does not want her evening to get spoiled because of him.

Ashutosh leaves the place and Nidhi joins him. Nidhi says that nothing to worry as there are so many people who cannot dance. But Ashutosh says that he should'nt had came here, it was his mistake. Nidhi says that it was her fault to force him for disco. Ashutosh says that it was his fault that he could not mingle in her happiness and that he is the biggest obstacle for her. Nidhi gets disappointed on hearing Ashutosh's words.
