In every show they have to have a vamp so there's nothing that can be done about that and I agree they need to cut down on these Mallu and Suhasini scheming and plotting crap as it's so jarring now,they need to work more on showing how deep these two fall in love with one another despite the taunts from society...the only way we can get to see this love story developing more is if Nidhi goes back to Kotnis...it would be nice to see Ashu giving her moral support and encouragement on how to become a good and renowned doctor.In the becoming I thought this show will be hatke from the rest but it's seems to be going down the line of all the run of the mill shows...really hope they can pull it back to our initial expectations...probably wishful thinking on my part...but hey...all one can do is hope I guess.

I do not understand why Nidhi is not getting back to hospital?? basically it feels that first 40 pilot episodes were based on DK and now we are watching different and entirely new soap with same production house and same leads.

No connectivity, no depth, no character consistency all above using of BD and no single frame scene. Cv have lost it completely.

The show is going nowhere right now. Started out so well, ruined now.

I think Nidhi will be back in Kotnis Hospital soon and start working again with Ashu.

After that I think what Mallu will do is make Ashu realize that he is too old for Nidhi as their mentality is not the same and he will break-up with her because of that.

Then they will try to keep a professional relationship and things will keep getting awkward then they will get back together lol.

And the story goes on...😆

At max what will happen now Ashu will take Mallu suggestion seriously, then he will make all efforts to stop loving Nidhi. Mallu will be even successfull in sepearting both of them 🤢

Then there will be crying, missing for other 2 or 3 weeks.

There will be nothing like how Nidhi and Ashutosh handles the situation 😛

Good line of thought. I was also thinking on the same lines. These unexpected dates are tough to shoot and manage. They cannot go for them for long time. Today itself, instead of Violin concert, they brought it back onto Ashu's house set.
