The above title is for all three episodes starting Friday. Past two weeks the CVs had stretched the issue issue beyond endurance. I was actually lucky UI missed all the episodes as I was on holiday and busy with a wedding. But I did catch on with the story thru Tanu's super-duper updates. After reading them i did not feel I had missed anything worth mentioning. However I am a glutton for punishment, and when it is a show I particularly am fond of I watch it on YT and by so doing I always come back for more punishment...But in all honesty even though Ashu/MB had played his disappearing trick on us, Nidhi/KK and to some extent Mallika/ Rukhsar carried those episodes on their slender shoulders.
Now coming to Friday's episode...It was a super-duper comeback with Ashutosh realising that his love for Nidhi far surpassed his hatred for her...guided in this decision by the sweet saadhvi...Ashu's reunion with Armaan was oh so sweet and touching (except for the BD used)...but the icing on the cake was Ashu calling Nidhi and saying Dr Ashutosh is missing Dr Nidhi very much...Chooo chweet..the way MB said it...and Nidhi's expression when she heard her sainya's voice was priceless...
If Friday had me grinning from ear to ear, then Monday's episode had me doing the jig...from the moment I heard Ashu say "hey Doc" in that sexy voice and with that dimpled smile I could not take my eyes off the screen. Even seeing that it was Mallu who had bought the house did not dampen my feeling of ecstasy at seeing two things...One the Ashni's convo at the chai-ki-dukaan and second...lo and behold Ashni in one scene at the chai ki dukaan...
Friday's episode was truly a comeback for the show...Not only was it superbly executed, with lovely dialogues, but it even tied up quite a few lose ends which were bothering most of us this last week.
Where Friday and Monday raised my hopes that now the show is once again coming on track, today's episode was a bit of a let-down...There was excessive use of BDs again and the biggest disappointment was when they were used in the Dargha scene...At least there they could have had Ashni in one frame...Sorry this is my POV...Too much of Vampu Mallu was another damper on my ecstasy of Monday...Sweetest parts were Ashni's phone conversation, Sainya drooling at Nidhi after seeing her in the white dress, the entire dargha sequence, (barring the use of BDs in it), and the last scene in the car with Nidhi saying sir, then Suniyeji and Ashu laughing at the whole thing.
This was about the show...Now coming to the execution and acting...Think I read on MB's FB page that Kamleshji was back again...I wondered where he had gone...but if it was true that he had been missing then Friday's and Monday's episodes did prove that he is a gr8 writer...Not only were the dialogues superb but it could be seen that he had attempted to tie up almost all the lose ends of the past couple of weeks...for this he deserves to be saluted...Even today they cleared the doubts about why Rohan had not called and why Nidhi had not informed them about her Baba's attack...
As for the acting...Do I need to say even that MB was outstanding since his reappearance at the Mandir? Not only was he looking like a million dollars but his expressions, the emotions he conveyed in his voice, the light-heartedness he felt when he finally got rid of all the pent up hatred for Nidhi...spoke volumes of the talent this actor has...Even in today's episode his convo with Mallu was very touching. the way he felt guilty at causing this hurt to Mallu and the way he spoke about having no control over his heart...was so heart-wrenching...MB is a mixture of super-good looks and great talent..and that is truly a deadly combination in any actor...
Amongst all these plus points we should not forget the few negative points...
First is the continuous and today the excessive use of body doubles...
Second Mallu seems to be a permanent fixture in this show and we are definitely not going to see the end of her so soon.
Thirdly we have hardly seen any romance between Ashni and Mallu's suicide attempt is there to act as a barrier between Ashni...
The last scene and the precap again put me off from looking forward to tomorrow's episode...
