The SBS promo shows the buyer of the house as Sandeep Baghchi as Nidhi signs the papers...who the hell is that now? So I don't think it is Rohan's dad. Someone else connected to either Rohan, Ashu or Baba or maybe Aditya who might want to make up for his acts.
