I think that NIDHI will decorates the house and calls up Ashu and before Ashu Comes she Will receive Phone call That her father In hospital And then she will know the truth about her father going bankrupt that it comes to make a choice family or Ashu And of course family comes first

I hope does not happen But be this easy Ashu returns the house I do not think so .

I hope he returns the house And be happy with nidhi

I think the story regarding the house will stay the same as DK. Nidhi will get to know about the problems with her baba's business and then she will sell her house to Dr. A. Hence, it will not be a gift. Dr. A anyway would be very angry since she is the girl that he hates for taking his special house. He would initially refuse to buy it but after he finds out about the loss in the business suffered by Nidhi's baba he will buy the house.
