I think he was suffering from guilt conscious and a little of it was eased when he recommended Nidhi's name to that other hospital's incharge..so he just ended up telling Mallika who is still his friend despite all that has passed between them off late.

yes that was def not reqd...why shd Dr A mention that bit to Dr M...but yes, Dr M will tell this to Dr N to create more probs between AshNi and that will backfire big time, meaning Nidhi will realise that Dr A also loves her

or may be after khnow this nidhi come to Ashutosh to ask why he do this then may be she realise his love for her.

Hmm,

Well, the gal is going to Conference just like A ... so this recommendation this is not going to come out soon just like the confrontation

Looks like Mallika says something to Ashu reg Nidhi , which may provoke him to say this , or so ... or Madam comes and asks i got a call from the hospital who is going to take Nidhi , and Mallu goes to confront him , why her ashu, why not ME 😆
