Actually to get a proper certificate of doctor . They shld work as interns in government hospital and they r paid for that as per govnment rules since it is a serial , taking a cinematic liberty directors have shown internship in private hospitals so as salary . so, it is not a blooper . sumtym , after u get a certificate of doctor(MBBS) , many works as junior doctors for experience and preparation for futher studies . hope now u got cleared . enjoy the show with happy happy mind.😊

well its great to know that u r liking the show and great to have u posting here
well i agree with everyone..she have completed MBBS and this is her internship period in which she get salary for sure...its not any blooper...the medical side of the program is being conveyed nicely

Nidhi has completed her MBBS . after that they have to do Internship. that is one year duration, In this time she has to work in hospital. when people are doing internship they will also get salaries as we call it as stifund. In this way nidhi is getting salary. I hope ur doubt is cleared.
