This is the 1st medical hindi serial I am seeing and am mighty disappointed by hospital scenes already. I am a big fan of Grey's anatomy and the way its executed. Is Indian TV so behind its times that its shot so amateurishly... Hope there is more sophistication to it .
Kritika Kamra is a good actress but man is she too hyper in this one. I loved her in KMH2. MB is also good. I loved the other senior doc .She is just too gorgeous.
I just hope the improve the hospital /medical related scenes.

P.S: I do understand here the emphasis is on relationships etc etc but if they are really showing an operation happening then they give some importance to it not start the operation and 2 sec later ashutosh says yes guys we r done!!! So lame..

Well you see it's not exactly a medical show. It's meant to focus more on their Love story yes the setting is important but it's just used to enhance the Story. Maybe in the future they will focus more on it but then if the whole time they focus on medical it'll get boring na. Ppl wanna see their love story unfold! N if u hv seen other medical indian shows this is by far the best! Lol
As far as Kritika Kamra is concerned i don't think she is too hyper at all infact in Kmh2 in the begining her character was even more chirpier n if that's what Dr.Nidhi's role requires then she gotta do it. There has to be some fun as Dr. Ashutosh is all hardstone n their character's contrast. Kittu is lookin super cute u urself hv seen kmh2 so u know how talented she is n soon we will see other sides of character 😃. N yes Dr. Mallika is very pretty hope we all age like her:)
For now stay tuned in n enjoy KTLK 😛

Yes I agree with you to quite an extent, being a medical based show and having hospital as it's background it's quite a disappointment with how the medical scenes have been carried out! But again these are indian shows we are talking about, I highly doubt you'll get to see the full medical edge drama also in it's defense because the show is supposed to focus on their relationships, love story. Hospital is just shown as a mean of them meeting and then falling for each other and so forth. There has been couple shows with hospital background which weren't any better either in showing medical scenes. I am on the same bandwagon and have thought about this topic too, since I also happen to watch grey's anatomy and yes they are quite different. Let's just hope for more realistic and sophisticated scenes where medical issues are covered. I agree they should have shown more to the OT scenes, some depth is needed.

Kritika and MB are doing a wonderful job. Coming to Kritika's character I am predicting in the early stages her character is meant to be bubbly and chirpy and Kritika is portraying it in a lovely manner! As time goes and the story demands for a mature character, Kritika's character will grow and develop.

Yes Dr. Mallika is gorgeous, I like the actress and the character! Looking forward to how her character is going to be put out.

this is not 1st medical serial.

1st serial based on medical is called sanjivini which aired on star plus in 2004..

interesting thing is that mohanish behl is also acted in sanjivini too.

well it is not a medical based show fully...its just the fact that the leads are doctors...and it is a love story and the medical side of the program is not that bad...its very much better and improved then the previous indian shows which had medical stuff in them...and what more medical thing is needed...we don't want to see the leads doing operations and checking patients all the time...it will make the show very boring...we are watching it for their love story(atleast me)...
