Why am I not allowed to have my one Thoughts thread for each epi? I don't understand why my thread is continuously merged with this lounge thread. They are NOT the same.

Anyways, coming to the actual epi...

I liked the first Ashutosh-Nidhi scene...Nidhi trying her best to get him to fire her but he ignores her pleas and insists on keeping her on duty. Both MB and KK were good in this scene...it was a nicely written scene too...some things are different from the original and the interactions have a different touch to them.

I agree with you about the pace of the show. I too truly hope that the makers know what they are doing and don't use up all the meaty parts of the original, only to be left with the dreaded drag. I can see that the scenes are modernized appropriately and the new characters are bringing their own different nuances and/or quirks to the show. It definitely makes for an interesting watch. I liked Ashutosh-Nidhi scene as well. I liked it how Ashutosh punished her instead of firing her by making her work in the Children's ward. 😆 Looks like Nidhi met her match.


Nidhi's bonding with the kid in the children's ward was nice and Ashutosh's irritation with her was bang on...lol...she is doing everything she can to get fired but he refuses to. His warning her that she doesn't know what he'll do if she continues these antics seems to scare her atlast😆

Actually I liked Nidhi's acting yesterday. It wasn't as OTT as it was in the first episode. My problem with showing bubbly characters on TV is that - often times they are misrepresented and the characters act like hyper wannabe teenagers instead of acting their age. For example, a Nidhi is 25 years old in the serial. An outgoing 25 year old won't act like an high on something 19 year old. But the makers usually fail to perceive and show the difference. Let's see if they can tone down KK's acting in future as well.

Nidhi's scene with her dad was cute too...and the Anjie-Nidhi scene was sweet and funny as well...I'm liking their camaraderie as friends.

It was cute overall - but I am getting tired of mein mar jaaoogi, and then the other one gleefully jumping up and saying, ok I'll take all your clothes etc ... it was the second time in two days that Nidhi-Angie had the same conversation, albeit with role reversal! It's getting repetitive ...

Ashutosh actually climbed over the wall to get into the old house?😲😆...now that's a change from the original😆...anyways, that FB of Baba was better than last time's and this time the bg music was fine as well...thank god they aren't using the horrible bits from the first epi.

The driving instructor and the cook...kinda funny too😆

Nidhi is already feeling the pressure running to work in the morning and forgetting her stethoscope...for which Ashutosh publicly reprimands her again.

The Nidhi-Ranganath scene after that was funny😆...I think Vishal was better today...him and KK did a good job in that scene.

Finally the brief Mallika-Ashutosh bit in the end with the flowers was good too...

Ashutosh was bang on when he told Mallika that the interns are not kids anymore. They are doctors. And they need to act/be more professional and responsible for their actions. 25 year olds are adults with some degree of maturity, venturing out into the world to explore new horizons where they'll be asked to make difficult decisions, not 19-20 year old testing their boundaries for the first time...

Precap is again interesting with Ashutosh catching Nidhi in the act of running around the children's ward with one kid😆


Overall, I'd say the show is getting better with each epi so far...they didn't overuse Saiyaan today, the bg music was better, the pace was brisk with a lot happening in each epi and everyone acted well too.

Just wondering where all this is going cuz according to the original story, all these incidents took a while to happen...just feels faster in this show😆

secondly, the last time 'your' thread was merged, it was merged with the 'general discussion thread' along with the 'lounge'. so basically it wasnt just 'your' thread that was merged.. :)

And KMH fans are welcome to post wherever they want but in the same way they are not COMPELLED to post in my threads, I shouldn't be compelled to post in their threads either. Everyone should be allowed to have their own set of discussions as long as there is overt overlapping...that is, if this is considered a democracy.
