Sony Entertainment Television Launched Music Video of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge
First time we saw a music launch for the title track of any daily soap. Telly Tadka today attended the music video launch of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge. The daily soap which started airing on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 8.00pm on Sony Entertainment Television, received a warm welcome from the viewers. Though the actors left the audience raving about the show on the very first day, its the song track of the show that has been attracting a lot of attention for quite some time now.
Saiyyan Naino ki Bhasha samjhe na, the title track of the show became a rage right from the moment the promos went on air. Seeing the huge success of the title track, Sony Entertainment Television has launched its music video that captures the magical chemistry between the lead couple Mohnish Behl playing Dr Ashutosh - a 38 year old surgeon married to his duties and Kritika Karma playing the young Dr Nidhi - a 24 year old carefree MBBS graduate.
The show is a striking portrayal of how Dr. Ashutosh and Dr. Nidhi grow a strong liking towards each other and eventually fall in love but are unable to express their feelings to each other due to the age gap. The excellent music, background score and the approach towards the title track of the show brings alive the theme of delicate and fine romance that will be budding between the lead protagonists.
The enchanting video had been directed by Sony on air promotion team and the music has been rendered by Abhishek Arora. Singer Sukanya Purkayastha who rose to fame with Kaisi Hai Yeh Udaasi from Karthik calling Karthik has lent her voice for the title track. The creative team at Leo Burnett who created the advertising campaign for the show and film maker Gajaraj Rao, have created the lyrics of the song.
Danish Khan, Senior VP Marketing Of Sony voiced that the popularity of the title track post the promo airing led to teh decision of the mucis video which was done keeping in mind two elements love and hesitation. With this show they are hopeful of bringing back good old romance back on Indian Television.
