Tanya Abrol to play Phoolan in Kuch Toh Log Kahengey!

Tanya Abrol, who made her debut in B-town in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Chak De India where she played a role of Punjabi girl called Balbir Kaur, is set for a new challenge.

After the success of her role in Chak De, she made her small screen debut with Sony TV's Palampur Express. But the show failed to grab much audience and she made a desertion from daily soaps after the show. However, we have heard that Tanya is coming back on small screen with the next promising show on Sony TV, Kuch Toh Log Kahengey, with Kritika Kamra and Mohnish Behl.

A source says, "Tanya plays the character called Phoolan who is a boxer and who has a family business of kidnapping people. But later on, with the changing circumstances, she takes up the job as a driving instructor after which she will fall in love with a servant who is diametrically opposite to her. The show basically deals with story of different people falling in love. Tanya plays the parallel lead in the show".

When asked about this comeback, an excited Tanya said, "Yes I am back on small screen after Palampur Express and it feels like coming back home."

With so many promising faces, the show really seems to be a worth watch.
