Finally going below the surface

Yaaar I think people are aise hi getting irritated with Sanjana. I mean, is dev supposed to not be friends with or talk to anyone else? Yeh kya logic hai?? And abhi koi microscopic hint bhi nahi ayi hai from either side of any romantic interested or involvement. In fact, sanjana said that she wants to know about dev and his life and his khargosh!! Sometimes we are just interested in people no? To know their stories. I think if they become friends then it can be a good story. Maybe she comes to stay at sona's house as paying guest?? That would be really interesting to watch that would make her closer to sona and her family.

Andd I find myself having to remark on the counseling track. Finallyyy they will get into deeper topics now, like Asha's death. I bet it might be another of Ishwari's tantrums or something that Dev just couldn't leave and be at her side. Hopefully we will get to know the reason for their distances soon. I hope the break up, the separation, ishwari everything is brought up. I wanted to say to dev today, ki uncomfortable lag raha hai toh sahi ja rahe ho tum. Hopefully your healing process would begin in this way. And even though Ishwari was as usual irritating, but unfortunately she is not doing anything apart from what the majority of us think about therapy and mental health.

I really hope they even bring up issues from all those years ago, from their first hospital break up onwards and Ishwari's tantrums and interference in their lives. I hope they talk about the name change, Suhana and the general lack of support. From Dev's pov I hope they talk about Bijoy's treatment of Dev and how he feels judged, and about Sonakshi never doing anything outrightly romantic or thoughtful for him- the last thing I remember was their sex date right after their wedding.

There's a lot of issues to be hashed out and I sincerely hope that they are able to attain proper closure for all these issues. I'm actually genuinely happy with the direction the story is taking now

Tbh, it's the trust which the makers of S3 couldn't develop in the audience. During S1, I'm sure no one was worried about Ritwik, Jatin, Nisha, etc because then, we had the trust in the makers. We knew that the story will proceed as we would've wanted it to.

But in case of S3, the ayush crap, flipping of characterization and all didn't sit well with many, & hence not many trust the makers to do justice to devakshi. Even I'm not liking serendipity because of the vibe S3 as a whole gave in the start.

She also used to bring homemade lunch and coffee at work for him post-leap. That was sweet.

I agree. I think there is a lot to be talked about. They need to talk about Ishwari, both their families, wight from the hospital breakup.

I am finally glad the story is going in this direction.

Oh yeah I entirely forgot about the garden thing, that was really sweet. Lunch and coffee idk, it was essentially just to cushion news of her meddling and calling his sisters etc etc, and not a casual "hey I brought you lunch because I love you"

That sounds like something Dev would do actually. I know he hasn't, but hypothetically sounds like something he would do

I think apart from marriage counseling now that ish & gkb have barged in the counselor should have a family therapy session. It is really for their marriage to be successful!
