Very confused about time jump

In yesterday;'s episode, Ishwari said it has been 5 yrs since Shubh was born. In season 1 when Suhana's birthday was celebrated, it was supposed to be her 8th birthday. Shush also doesn't look like a 1 yr old. He looks more like a 4 - 4 1/2 yrs old. Which means Suhana and Golu should have been teenagers like 13 yrs old or at least 12 yrs old. Even Ayushman.

But today Sona says Soha is only 9 yrs old. And their marriage is also like just 9 yrs. The time jump is too conflicted and contradictory. I wish the makers had paid a little attention to these details as it makes one wonder how time actually works.

Please don't even try. Just don't. You'll only lose your sleep. They have very liberally messed up the timelines without giving a damn to the old seasons or logic. And even with the new story, they are oscillating with their inconsistencies in the new episodes. Just ignore their ages and watch, it's much better that way. Believe me, I was all excited to write something about the pilot but I didn't bother coming on IF only. The timeline messed me up that badly the day before. I'm much better now and am planning to pen something.Hopefully soon.

By the end of season 2, Devakshi were already married for around 9 years.

First 5-6 months of marriage + 7 years separation + 3-4 months till reunion + Pregnancy with Shubh + Shubh being 6 months old....all these will add up to somewhere between 8.5 to 9 years.

If they are showing 9 years of marriage, then basically no leap happened post season 2. They are picking up exactly from the point they left. But then Shubh's age wouldn't match & they most probably wanted to retain Vidhvan as he had achieved quite a fan following in season 2. To justify Shubh's age there should be at least 3 to 4 years of leap. And that would make Suhana & Golu around 12 years old. The new Suhana looks mature & she can be passed off as 12 years old but new Golu looks too young for that.

They have quite thoroughly messed it up.😂😂 Even in press conference they said it was Devakshi's 10th anniversary & now in episodes they are saying 9 years. They themselves don't know what they want to show & their calculations change every freaking day.

Honestly at this point I don't know how should I feel. The excitement I had for season 3 have come crashing down with the very first episode. And now I am confused whether to laugh or cry. Laugh at the stupidity of all these or cry at the tragedy of a classic like KRPKAB being reduced to this mess.🤦🏻
