Sona gets a call from office and she asks them to postpone all appointments to afternoon . She would be busy today first half .
Dev wanted her to accompany him to his business lunch at his office with his investors .
At Business lunch venue , Sona meets Dev n his colleagues n investors . They ask if they celebrated their wedding anniversary which was 3 days back . They want to know how they celebrated , Dev says they were now married for 9 yrs and their excitement n celebrations were now above n beyond all that masti . Dev assures they will plan something with the kids over the weekend .
The entire crowd then starts playing dumb charades .
Sona wants to return to clinic as she had loads of work , Dev dissuades her as his investors were all here n they expected his wife to be with him
Dev fails to gues the name of “Titanic” through Sona’s acting . She is disappointed , she reminds him how they had guessed this very name when they were newly married , Dec remarks it’s been so long he had forgotten .

While are turning from that meeting a guy is speeding past them n soon meets with accident , Guy gets injured and he is taken away by ambulance , his little son is distraught . At hospital he keeps muttering Dev’s name .
At Home Dev’s mother Ishwari is lovingly putting The little girl Suhana to sleep n feels she was so like Dev , Dev returns home and shares moments of loving bonding with Ishwari . He offers her sweets despite her being diabetic , he informs Sona would get late from work tonight.
next morning Sona gets Tea for him and is surprised to see he was enjoying green tea , He informs her of his changed preferences.
Dev shares with Sona how they missed accident that took place on highway by a speeding car .
At Breakfast , kids Soha and Shubham refuse to eat Poha prepared by Sona but Ishwari offers them Aloo ke parathey with ghee , kids relish the meal but Sona remarks it was unhealthy .
Dev asks if Mama ji called them Ishwari pampers Dec n the kids with Aloo parathey which Sona feels unhealthy .
Next day morning Sona is getting hassled with the kids . She misses Dev .
dev gets a call from hospital about a PN injured guy called a Rohit was admitted to hospital missing him , he is called urgently . Dev is unable to reach home tk help out Sona . Soha wants help in her project “model of Volcano” Sona complains that she was having to handle this alone their papa was never there to help the kids or their mother ,.
Sona gets frustrated with the house work n kids n their school n meals n their projects , she scolds Soha and refuses to help her projects next time if she informed last moment .
Ishwari says kids were like this long , they wanted their mom for everything , she had tk be there for the kids , Dev was not going ahead in his business she should support him , just like the way he supported her when she was moving up the corporate ladder .
Later Sona pacifies upset Soha , she calms her n makes uo by her bed time story.
Dev reaches Hospital n meets Rohit , the guy is badly injured n apologises for this , Dev is shocked n says he had never seen him earlier .
Rohit informs that the kid whom he had brought up all these yrs thinking it was his own daughter was a really Rohit’s child .Dev exclaims that Suhana was NOT a his daughter ??
lhe refuses to accept this , Rohit informs that his wife had given birth to a son , he had exchanged his kid with Dev’s wife’s baby as he desperately wanted a son , that’s how he landed uo with a girl and Dev’s son was at Rohit’s house , Dev is shattered , he is informs Ayushman was the boy’s name , Dev was the real father , Rohit is on his death bed .Ayushman comes to meet his dad Rohit and he introduces Ayush to Dev ,
