How Old will their children be now?

Hello forumwasis,

To all those to whom I am new, I used to be active on this forum back when the show was on-air. As an ardent fan of this show & the pair, season 3 did excite me & I kind of understand what this season will be trying to explore.

But I was wondering, since this show will begin with celebrating 9 or 10th anniversary of Devakshi marriage, how old will their children be?

Since, Devakshi were separated for 7 years after their marriage & Suhana was almost 9-10 and Shubh almost an year old, by the time season 2 ended.

As far as I know, this season will be exploring the married life after the supposed honeymoon period is over, the gradual drifting apart or eventual transition in a seemingly settled life.

I think the story will tk place 2 to 3 yrs from where it ended in season 2. So soha wl be like 10 or 11 and shubh 3 to 4 yrs old

Time line is almost same. But the girl playing Suhana has been changed. So may be they will do something with their ages.

I don't remember if they included dates of anything in season one because of the promos with the calendar had their calendar starting form 2010. They reunited after seven years and the new promo says nine so I think it's suppose to be a two - three year time leap. Thats probably why they didn't get the older soha because she wouldn't fit the under 8-10 year category.

So technically they are married for 2-3 years and not 9-10 years.. They are seeing this issue in just 2-3 years ?

I posted the calendar promo here. Watch that. It covers almost 10 years of being together.

We’ll have to wait for 12th though for complete clarity. I think they don’t want to show Suhana as a 17-18 year old because that would make them older parents. Actually they could have just sent her off to college and not shown her but still it’ll become an EK serial if they look so young with an 18 year old daughter. So maybe it was a creative decision but I’m also not so sure. Until Monday!

May be we need to wait for exact answer😊
