Interesting observation about Shaheer/ DT note pg 6 - Page 4

But the plot was so good, all of us Lucifans binge watched it in a go! And it's a show on Netflix! Can you believe it?

I believe there is definitely a great content driven script out there for him and I hope he finds it or gets to direct one himself. Well, not like I know him or can speak for him personally, but this is my sincere prayer for him born out of whatever admiration and respect I have for him as an actor.

Alt Balaji is "almost p**n" in my opinion except Haq Se and hardly a few others are decent to watch.

Am never saying that you have to do intense lip lock or anything. Yes, you are right that it becomes a selling strategy. But, In today's generation, if its romance fiction, there are expectations to go a atleast a little bit more, than just hugs. Not, just love scenes, but, other things like foul language or smoking (that was hardly a few seconds in Paurashput and that too a long shot).

Its also a fact that, there are many actors who are ready for bold content and bindaas about bad mouthing or smoking, and Shaheer misses out on many opportunities because of his apprehension for these., thats what am trying to point out.

Imagine, if he is trying to do an antihero or full fledged villain role..... do you think he can do justice to these without smoking or bad mouthing or man handling a woman, etc...

True. But Shaheer has played a character that has man handled women onscreen, except that if he does it as a villain, his character will not be whitewashed in the future. 😂

Ya, I think he should be relaxed about atleast kissing. No need of tongue. Just normal lip lock. That's all Lucifer and Chloe do and still have crazy fans. And love scenes can be made long shot for him. I think anyone can still compromise with the other vices. Drinking can be faked which he is anyway a pro at by now. His bestest bet would be to produce one himself. Maybe if he shows his skill(and that it's possible to make a web series without p***), someone else might sign him up with a script tailored for him. I hope a script like Family Man falls into his lap. He should just steer clear of Alt. And do thrillers and wean off from love stories. Will also help him unbrand himself.

Anyway, look at us, discussing what his next move should be. I don't even have a plan for my own life.😂

Yesss ... that's what i mean too. Family Man is too good yaar. I also loved Jack Ryan, to mention a few , these are author backed roles and they are heroes but they have all kinds of scenes, but minimal and it doesn't take away from the original storyline. That's what am talking about too.

Yeah... right ... we are discussing his moves towards acting success but he is probably choosing a reboot of Pavitra Rishta 2.0 😅🤷🏻‍♀️ What can we say 🤭

Man altbalaji has turned so awful. I really liked haqse but they never rolled out season 2.

You guys are talking about Family man nd shah used to praise Modern family which is a polar opposite. Now we have to come to terms with the fact that he will rinse nd repeat every drama ever done with alt and cringe.

Bwahahahahahah, looks like his next move is another music video which he is shooting for in Leh. When I saw the posts on SM, the futility of our discussions hit me even more. Man's gonna do what the man's gonna do. As long as Kuch Rang 3 has a successful run with another great storyline and without too much use of body doubles, we should be happy. And just wish him general success in his upcoming ventures whatever they may be. He might be more sorted in his life than I am and therefore he must know what he wants and why.

I miss his old days, the time till krpkab. After that it's just downhill professionally.

Oh, even you're not a huge fan of his work after KRPKAB? I did follow his last show because it had a promising storyline which was executed well for a while and then SP lost it, trying to beat the other channels in the TRP game.

But I agree, he became my favourite only because of Kuch Rang. I liked Navya generally because I was a sucker for college romance then. And Mahabharat is a classic. He was good as Arjuna but I would have watched it anyway. So thus far, it's still Shaheer as Dev for me>>>>any other role/show.
