My interpretation;
There would need to be a poetry on a poetry to appreciate the strength the poetry has to express feelings.

The fact that such thoughts even come to his mind amazes me. I know it's copy paste par phir Bhi.. These days how many young TV stars google Urdu poetry? Itni credit to deni padegi.

it means poetry or a verse from a poetry..exactly it is what you said..sirf heavy duty urdu use kia hai shaheer ne 😆😆

@jaysp- I think Shaheer speaks good Urdu. Most Muslims do and he is a Kashmiri Muslim so am sure he speaks Urdu. And hid Hindi has improved drastically post MB. Credit where it's due. The philosophical tweets are annoying nonetheless 😆
