Correct. He has been following Bekti.
It's the Siddarth Shukla account that has come back up. That account was inactive or disabled for while. When it became active again it was automatically added back to his list of follows as he never unfollowed that account. I do hope he realizes that it is not the real actor's account and does unfollow soon.
