No B1/B2 visas are usually issued for 10 years and the stay allowed on a single trip is 6 months (unless there is some issue because of which they authorize a lesser period in rare cases). Doesn't matter whether you have son, daughter, wife or husband in the U.S. Its the case with all business and tourist visas. Am 100% sure of this :)

Nope. You can have no one in the U.S. and travel for tourism purposes if you have a valid visa and still stay for 6 months. The visa is essentially for tourism/business. Doesn't matter who is there in the U.S. or the relationship you share with them. You can google it if you want because this is getting out of topic and am pretty sure of what am saying :)

It was the day after she got the watch gift from Sha.

Someone should repost the quote and tag both of them.

I think it depends on emigration dept. When I travelled to US along with my friend I got 6 months stay as I am married n children were at back home and my friend who was not married got only one month stay. I got multiple entry for 10 yrs and she got single entry. I think US govt won't encourage young unmarried as they fear they might take up job in US. So its purely depends on emigration dept to issue visa and no. Of days stay in US.

The statement Shaheer made about not talking to his mother was made on stage and he said that he does not pick up her calls (after she found out about DB) but he's sure that she knows he loves her the most. This is why in KRPKAB, he cried during Ishwari's dialogues despite them not seeming that sentimental to the audience. My two cents on the love/infatuation thing is- Shaheer has a hero complex. He saw that DB was shamed by the society for her divorce and child and her sob story of working from age 4. He literally wanted to be that hero who saved her (like a superhero) from the bashers. Sometimes we fall in love with an illusion and thats what seems to have happened with Shaheer as well. DB played up the role of a poor single woman working hard to earn for her family and needed a strong tough superhero. But the reality of the foolish girl with no moral sense and greed we all know now and so does Shaheer. The illusion broke. Now, Erica has sort of saved him this time. That's why she's-Supergirl for him. She never played the victim despite her rough upbringing and also helped him get his confidence, respect back and is multi talented as well. That gratitude is what we hear in his IV's when he says he's blessed and in the praise he heaps on her. It also reflects in the words of people who care about him and they are all grateful to Erica for getting Shaheer back to the SuperHero that he is. End of ramble :)

@Leviosa do you remember what stage event it was that he said this? I'd like to try to find it.

He said he was avoiding his mother because she disapproved of DB? I'm surprised he would admit this in public, it's hurtful to both women.
i guess KRPKAB must have really hit home for him, he really experienced Dev. I'm curious why he publicized this relationship if his mom wasn't happy, i'd think he would have kept it quiet until his parents approved.
