That work can wait for some months .. But if you miss out on your baby's childhood, it would never come back and you will regret it later

And I agree upto some extent

Like sona should not stop working .. But she can work from home for some time or go only when its very imp .. And delegate rest of the work

I think Sona too won't be very happy .. They hv decided that sona would work & dev would be the home maker

Instead Dev & Sona should do it together .. Work and baby..

If one has to stay home all the time and one stays out .. How is it about a new changed society?

Now also in our society mother stays home & father works .. They are just interchanging the roles & nothing else

But in my view, mother & father should look after the baby TOGETHER !

Dividing the duties

@Neha- What you say is what most of us wanted am sure. Dev and Sona managing things together. But-

1. The writers of this show believe in some twisted version of woman empowerment. Where everything is in the extreme. They don't believe in taking a middle ground 😆

2. With the current storyline, it was easier for them to shoot a lot of Dev scenes at a stretch with the kids. If they had to take care of things together, then multiple actors need to shoot together. And you know what the situation was so not possible. So easiest way out. Can all Dev scenes with the kids and have Sona shoot at her office 🤣

Exactly..best wud be Sona n Dev going to ofc n working from home on alternate days. Havent seen the full epi yet but is it bcoz of this big govt project??

I think only in US, mother n father can share parenting leaves..any one of them can be the primary care giver n take 3-4 months off.

I completely agree with both the points 😆

But if show that sona is more happy at her workplace than being with shubh

I'll kill the makers 😆

Mother or father, anyone would choose to stay with the baby initially, over their work

No matter how independent a woman is, her baby is her priority .. And mothers have a stronger bond with babies naturally .. No doubt on that

So I found Ish right today (sorry to say but ya)

Unless it's a 'majboori' nobody would want to leave a 5 months old baby & go to office

Ya she has a meeting in a village.. So sona would work now

And Dev would stay at home & manage the house & take care of the kids
