i still remember the first time i watched kuch rang was from the episode where dev sees sonakshi's face flashing in front of him when his sisters wanted him to think about his love.
that was the day and today is the day..i have never missed even a single episode of this beautiful show.
I can easily say kuch rang pyar ke became a part of my life like eating, sleeping and reading.i felt it was my own.
i have never connected to any show ever on this emotional level.the journey of characters became our own...i cried when they did, laughed when they did..felt their every emotion.
i think thats where kuch rang stands apart from every other show out there..the way it was able to relate a viewer to the characters..
kuch rang was never a story driven show.it was about journey of different characters.
one more thing which made kuch rang stand apart was that we see all indian shows basically show emotions of only a women.
here the journey was of dev more than anyone else.
it was his journey from being a good son to a good partner.he failed ..learned from his mistakes and emerged as a changed and improved man in the end.thats the journey of dev and kuch rang.
the show will always be remembered for its simplicity, subtelity and relatibility.
i would also like to mention here that kuch rang had an amazing bg score and songs.no other show has got such beautiful tracks and it really added to the charm of the show.
now coming to the actors..what great cast ..
Shaheer as dev dixit will be counted as his best performance according to me.the way shaheer as potrayed dev is absolutely amazing.such a great actor he is that we could feel for dev more than anyone else in the show.bow down to shaheer.u will always remain my fav indian actor.i m ur proud fan.
(special mention to all emotional scenes he has done..he shines in them.)
Erica just came as breath of fresh air in kuch rang.she is one of those actors who never overdoes things.she brought out such a positive and sincere performance.this is her debut show still she put her best foot forward with such experienced actors like shaheer and supriya ji.she still has a long way to go in terms of acting but she will only improve from here and emerge as a true star.
supriya ji was everything what ishwari needed to be.a mother who is biased for her son.sounded so fimilar yet she managed to do it so convincingly and brilliantly that it was hard to hate ishwari despite all her flaws.hats off to her for this.she is truly a great actor.
the side cast in most shows are usually just for show..but here everyone had a role a play.every character..be it bijoy, asha ,sorabh, ronita, dadi, gkb, vicky, elena, mamaji, riya ,nikki,neha,golu,soha,tina,kichu,dk...every member did their job perfectly.
i am glad i came across this beautiful show and i will always cherish this journey and expetience.i thank the makers, writers, and the whole cast and crew of show for bringing this beautiful show to us.it will always be cherished.
