If u see the video on u tube one from ET and bookmytv, both were very sad. They were trying their best to hide their emotions and don't know though eri was similing but there was mild tears in her eyes, can be seen while she was giving IV to latter one. They both want to come to terms that the show has got ended. This is the show where they met each other and found a strong friendship which helped shah to overcome his past. They both were very attached to the characters dev and sona, so that's the reason when he said its ended he saw erica with the confirmation from her that the show which gave them lot both in terms of popularity and emotional bonding has ended now.
