Krpkab land is a utopia where Ishwari is above everything. She wants grandkids operation Shima. She wants a boy. Gosh darn it will be a boy. The kids parents, other set of Grand parents, own siblings none have a say.

Guess work, normally all parents and grand parents guess it and it will most of the time be correct. Even in my case, my guess was correct.
