Amazing

So first things first. Shaheer was amazing today. I have always had issues with Dev's definition of love cos you don't die or ruin yourself just because the person you loved left you. Dev has repeatedly ruined himself in Sonakshi's absence whether it was the first break up or post leap. That kind of all consuming love is unhealthy IMO cos you end up hurting yourself as well as your family. But it was great to see him vent out his feelings today. His biggest fear has always been the fact that Sonakshi can move on while he will be stuck in the same place. This started after the first break up when Sona decided to get engaged to Ritwik. I believe he has had intense abandonment issues right from childhood and post their first break up, it only magnified cos he constantly lived in the fear of losing Sonakshi. So it was nice to see him finally spell it out to Sonakshi. And I have to mention how good Shaheer was. Cos I even ignored his hair do for 5 minutes 😆

Acting wise Shaheer definitely nailed it today, as far what Dev vented out whether it was right or wrong is debatable. I remember in one episode Asha had said to Sonakshi that "Love is never a weakness in fact it makes people strong", unfortunately in Dev's case it is opposite love has made him weak. Before leap it was love for his mother which was his weakness and after leap his love for Sonakshi is turning out to be his weakness, but good that at least he vented out his feelings.

As far as Sonakshi's feelings are concerned I do not think we can see that any time soon because in the precap she clearly says that even if she has to hide her feelings 1000 times she will hide it. In fact there is no question her love for Dev is same as Dev's love for her, but she has never been that expressive. Even if we see in S1 even though she loved Dev she was ready to let go of it until Dev confessed. Same happened during her engagement saga, until Dev collapsed she did not accept that she has not moved on. Same happened in S2 where until she realised that Dev was going far away from her she did not express her love. So unless something drastic happens we are not going to see her express her emotions and I guess Vicky will succeed in his plan thus breaking Dev and that is when we will she Sonakshi express her love and support for Dev thus making her love his strength and not weakness. In fact even in today's episode she said that if Dev is in trouble she will help him, so this might be an indication for the future. But one thing is for sure love has made Sonakshi stronger if it was Love for Soha & her family seven years ago then it is Dev's love today.

Apologies for the long rant, just my POV.

Shaheer rocked in today's episode. I don't agree with Dev's POV but he made his thought process very clear. Ab Sona ka POV toh tabhi milega agar producer madam ki daya hogi toh😆

@sp12-Let me see if I can explain this. There is a difference between not being expressive and being cold or robotic. There is a difference between being closed off or not expressing your emotions and being stoic or indifferent. That is the difference between good and bad writing. It's highly probable that the writers are being subtle and showing how much the 7 years have changed Sona. Or they are just going overboard to highlight the difference between Dev and Sona by making him over emotional and her, over practical. Unfortunately they are doing a terrible job cos at this point, everyone is busy guessing and making assumptions out of Sona's behavior. This is not even a thriller. It's a love story and the viewers deserve to understand both the lead protagonists. Here we understand one to the extent that we get to see every single whim, fancy and reaction of his. While the other is given stupid lines and stoic expressions and the viewers are left to make sense of it. By expressing I don't mean she has to express to Dev or any character on the show for that matter. Let her talk to herself. Give her some monologues just so we atleast know what's happening and why she is behaving in a certain way. And the worst part is that they are showing her as someone who is utterly clueless. Sona may be practical but she was super perceptive in season 1. She understood Dev like no one else. But now she has no idea what is going on with him and she is running around to everyone from Ishwari to Elena to understand him. Am sorry but that's not Sonakshi. Ppl might love or hate Dev but they at least know what's going on with him. Enough to fascinate us and discuss his crazy reactions 😆 What about Sonakshi? I thought she is one of the leads of this show 😕

@Astrix90 I completely agree, now a days Sonakashi's dialogs as well as behaviour are such that the viewers are left to assume/interpret her feelings. Before giving her any monologue I would first want the makers to give some proper dialogs because some of her dialogs now a days are absolutely horrendous 😆 😆 .

By the way are you sure she is one of the leads because I always thought that KRPKAB has only one lead and that is our own UNIVERSAL MAA ISHWARI 😆 😆
