Instead of dev assuming sona pregnant or dreaming as though he was with her during pregnancy and imagining things y can't they bring in a track where is she conceives really for the second time and takes care of her so well so that he don't have to feel guilty or sad abt the lost 7yrs...I think that would b more realistic than this dream ...just a thought share urs

Its perfectly fine if he is reminiscing abt lost times. Pregnancy track wud definitely come in future but first they need to deal with their past.
