Inspired by the written update I watched the episode till Dev called Bijoy mogambo and Sona laughed. It was so insulting for me that I had to switch off.

Honestly if I had read that Bijoy was mocked by Dev again l wouldn't have dared to watch. as it is Indian men don't respect their in laws, and now we have Dev who mocks Bijoy UN necessarily

But honestly I want to watch the Sona Ishwari scenes after reading your post...

Haha am glad to know that JS😆 But am shocked now that you mentioned , Did Dev told Bijoy "Mogambo"? I was under the impresson he was teasing Suhana..dumb me😕 Frankly that scene didn't held much importance for me after the powerpacked family scenes and thats the reason I left the car conversation even in my post. But you should watch Bijoy-Dev scene and it was very enduring and calming especially for daddy's girls like us😆.

I feel you JS but honestly I want to give the benefit of doubt to Dev that we will be more free to tease and mock the people who we feel "apna" like the way Bijoy tease Saurabh "football". I never felt Bijoy was insulting Saurabh, so I will take Dev's too in that sense but I do agree makers can tone down the mocking tone from Dev every time he mentions Bijoy. I will blame Sona more here for not correcting and laughing off🤔

Sona- Ishwari scenes were super cute (may look cheesy also as it depends on our POV😳) Try it out.

Well analysed. While Ishwari-Sona's conversation was endearing, Dev-Bijoy's conversation was straight to the point. Yeah, I liked Baba in yesterday's episode. Though he is having his own apprehensions, he took the effort to forget the past and accept Dev & Ishwari with a warm welcome. Aise lage raho Baba.

Don't want to comment on Devakshi scenes, as I don't want to get emotional & tensed.

Thanks dear😊 Ish-Sona scene were like Cotton candy - spongy & yummylicious; Bijoy - Dev scene were like Sour Candy - need to suck slowly to savor the beautiful taste beneath it - tangy & droolicious😆 Bijoy will be like this sane and calm as long as his daughter is happy😉

Go wilth the flow Grace, nothing heartbreaking will happen from now on...hopefully😳

Aww Deep, the way you write I can actually visualise you as a daddy's girl. About Dev, I could have agreed on the apna part
But we know the slap, the bitter dialogue against Bijoy to Asha at Bose house stay, referring him as Budhao and vowing to teach him a lesson after he gets married to Sona. Also Dev is not the type to be kind with Sona if she calls Mami a witch or Ishwari a budhiya. Also he has never referred to his own family with such names

Hence my reservations

Btw I watched Ish Sona conversation. It was as cute as you described it

Also my Dad is not really as protective as Bijoy. Would love him to be as such...

Hi Deeps,😃 I am so in love with this phase. Subtle and emotional.😳 The interaction between Ishwari and Sona or Bijoy and Dev were done so well. Their bonding was something that we all looked forward to but never got to see except hints of what might have beens. I was laughing and crying both when I watched Sona hugging Ishwari with her Ma, Ma, Ma...I especially loved Ishwari saying that since they are different people with their own individual likes and beliefs, they might not be always on the same page but to never let that affect their bond. She went out of her comfort zone to make Sona feel at home something she regretted she failed to do the first time around. By accepting that Sona was her Ghar ki Lakshmi the one who makes the house in her name a home, she has now taken away the name she called Sona - a home wrecker.

Bijoy also went out of his comfort zone to make Dev feel welcome. It doesn't matter that he is dead worried for his daughter that she will be again hurt because he accepted that she was not living her life all these years. What I loved most in his dialogue was that he doesn't want them to hurt each other. He accepted that Dev was also hurt just like his daughter was. He might not show over enthusiasm but whatever he shows is genuine and straight from the heart. Dev was comfortable with the Boses and accepted their love with ease but what he yearned for was Bijoy's acceptance. Being a father himself he understands Bijoy better now. I would hate to be anywhere near that someone who might hurt Soha to even 1/4 of what Sona went through. Dev would behave the same or even worse than Bijoy and he knows this.

Ishwari - Boses scene was just too good to be true. Their daughter being welcomed as daughter of her sasural is every parents dream. That is what Bijoy and Asha had ever wished for their daughter. The same Ishwari who said she is forced to accept the alliance for Dev's khushi is now asking her daughter and friend back. Bijoy who asked Sona to rethink about Dev because he knew she could never be happy when Dev cannot be happy as his mother is not, couldn't have asked for anything more to get relieved from his worst fears. Their family whom they love more than themselves being happy in their happiness was Dev and Sona's dream. And they finally got it but at what cost.

I am still reeling from the final scene between Dev and Sona. Especially Dev's expression when he read Sona's email the part where she asked him how he could do this to her. He was burning. They are so scared to be happy. The past has changed them and they both knew that they have hurt each other. To again hurt each other is the last thing they want and both were trying to protect the other from this. But they have to face it and accept it because it is a part of them now. They won't be able to move forward without facing it. They will have to support each other and be each other's strength now. So excited for the story now and I am ready with tissues.

Geena you have no idea how happy I feel right now seeing your full fledged post inside mine🤗 Thank you dear for taking so much time inspite of your busy life..feeling priviledged😳 Also am really glad we are in same page yet again with our emotions regarding the scenes and current episodes..nowadays I easily skip or read posts based on your likes when I come late to forum coz we match freakishly smiliar😆

I agree with each and every point of your post and didn't know what else to add except I will join you in the tissue hunt for future emotional episodes🤗

I am a shameless daddy girl JS😆 I still fight with my kids when they sit on my dad and will occupy his entire lap possessively and God save my dad when he says "My grandkids are more important now, you stand aside"🤣

I do understand all your reservations and hope makers don't take my conviction about Dev for granted😳 Slap - accidental and unintentional; Dialouge to Asha - frustration of not able to win him over; Buddhao - irritation of spoiling a chance to become his SIL and I frankly believe he is not going to teach any lesson because he himself will be learning the lesson of being a father to a daughter😳 I also agree he will never call names for his own family but I take it other way. How are we with our close friends? unreserved and non-calculated..with our family? calculate each word before we speak😆 I am happy if Dev treats Bijoy as a friend rather than family😉.

The only place where I have my grievence about Dev's behaviour towards Bijoy is when he lifted his hand to apologize in a way to slap him when Bijoy insulted Ishwari in Bose house. That was totally unnecessary and unnecessary IMO.

Glad you could enjoy Ish-Sona scene😊

My dad too is not as protective as Bijoy but he is in his own way😳 As long as I am confident of handling everything around me he will take a backseat but the moment I falter he will be the first person to embrace me...thats why I can never hate Bijoy and blame Sona for this disorted equation of De-Joy😊
