The exact same thought crossed my mind when I read the LU's. I am sure her intentions here are not straightforward as we all know how much she hates Sona...But I will give her the benefit of doubt until the episodes come up.

looks like Sona heard Ish-GKB conversation today... So she would tell them they have nothing to fear and she is never going to come back into Dev's life again. etc

So Now Ish will play her master stroke knowing that Sona disagreed to marry Dev again... She will just put Devakshi remarriage as an option on table and the other option being Dev marrying another girl... else ishu hungerstrike.

She will still get to play the GOD by wanting to give what Dev wants (Sona)... but Sona will be projected as the Devil who doesnt want to get together.. Ishu mata ke hazaar tareeke emotional blackmailing ke
