When love is selfish...

Love can be selfish, they say. But then can it be love?

That confession --- you are so beautiful that I wanna keep looking at you; I love that you still surprise me, I am still a broken man - please put Humpty Dumpty back together again, I have all these regrets about ... a, b,c and d; I should have never let you go; I didn't come after you; I wanted you to feel as hurt as I did; I haven't recovered so come back to me and the all famous " BE MINE"...

See a pattern? And yet : "I love you --- as a man loves a woman" (and we swooned) and his "Be Mine" (so romantic) ---- and yet I ask

Is this really love?
