Devakshi FF #Krpkab (Tent in Switzerland - scene 6)

Act 2...scene 1

In a beautiful resort in Switzerland ... It's about sunset time.. D n S just came back from an outing. It's their 3rd day of honeymoon n of course both are glowing...

D: Sona mujhe kuchh zaroori phone calls karne hai, Tum chalo main abhi aata hoon.. careful about the door huh.. Mere aane tak bandh mat karna phir tumse khul nahi payega. The lock has got some problems humm..

S: humm theek hai (smiling)

D: kaha naa phone calls karne hai.. Aise dekhogi toh kaise jaoonga.. Isiliye room se call nahi kar raha hoon. Bas (closing her eyes n kissing her forehead walks away)

D over the call..

D: ha Nileshji... Kaam hogaya.. Usko shak toh nahi hua na... Good.
(Suddenly all the lights of the resort goes off with a blast somewhere n D starts to run towards their room still talking)

Keep the papers safely main aata hun phir aage kya karna hai batata hun..

D reaches the door it's all dark now everywhere around... But the door is locked from inside..

D: Sona open the door.. Main yahi hoon...(no response.. Panicking he starts to push the door hard n then calls the staff to open it..)

S is sitting on the floor by the bed n clutching the bed sheets in her fists and not moving at all her face is buried in the mattress. D reaches her making soothing sounds n unclenches her fists n holding S against his own heart making the staff light a few candles. Then the staff leaves..

D: Khargosh.. Kya hua humm door band kaise ho gaya? (But stops questioning her as she is trembling in fear)
Main bahar leke chalu aapko humm? (S nods n comes out of his arms but her eyes are drenched in fear n embarrassed tears)

Two kids of about 3 n 4 looked at them n then run away..

S couldn't believe where she was.. apparently they are going to spend the night on the banks of the lake she has been admiring in a tent... Smiling she thinks D is like a genie who always knows what she needs before she realizes it herself.

D comes n sits on the grass near her and holds her hand..

D: tumne kaha tha ki tumhe chand taare badal aur baarish sab pasand hai.. Aaj ke menu mein sirf chand aur taare hai.. Chalega na..

S:(putting her head on his lap lies down smiling) Dodega.. Aapko yaad tha...

D: of course main tortoise hoon mana khargosh but lost case nahi hoon. Chalo ab apne taare dekh lo .. Eh waale imported hai.. Delhi mein nahi milenge...

S: Aur aap, aapko nahi dekhna...

D: uh huh.. Main thoda busy hoon aapko dekhne mein (whispering)

Act 2...scene 2

D thinking I hv never ever known life like this.. How can such simple things like watching stars with S b so very peaceful n exciting. Life has always been rushing thru or crumbling around me n I am always busy stitching the relationships together to keep them happy. But here now I feel no necessity to be Dev Dixit.. I am just Dev, Sonaz Dev, as if my being anything more or less than her Dev doesn't make any difference to her and even me. Even when she is just sleeping on my lap or gazing at her stars, she works as balm to some long forgotten wounds in my soul.. It was scary before but it's downright terrifying now.
S stirs from her sleep n realize D has been sitting in d same position so as to not disturb her n she smiles. Gets up n looks at him.

D: Good evening wify nd I love you.

With a kiss on the nose..

S frowns n stands up. D is confused. She extends her hand to help D to stand up too. Then holding his hand takes him inside the tent n then... (Exactly... U GALS HV DIRT FILLED MINDS .. I KNEW IT)

S: Bathiye.. Mr. Obhodro.

D: Are ab Maine kya kiya?

S: Aap hamesha mere romantic scenes hack kar lete hai.. IT company chalane ka matlab yeh thodi hota hai ke aap apni wife ke plan kiye romance ko khud hi hack kar lo. ...Control freak(making a frowning face)

Ab aap chup rahenge jab tak main permission nahi doon.

S takes out a gift wrapped in cute paper... gives it to him.. Gesturing to open it. D starts to say smthing but after seeing sona glaring at him starts with opening the big box.

D why am I getting d feeling of Christmas morning... Damn I am not even Christian or even believer of God.

His gift is a swanky looking camera? Suddenly he is very excited.. Opens the wrapping it's a Cannon 7d with my God four advance lenses, filters, lense covers and a camera bag and a lether jacket for photographers to carry their lenses on them. He was speechless didn't know what to say. He has never talked about his passion to learn photography... He never bought any camera coz he hardly ever gets time so when will he click anything but it felt as if smone heard your unuttered prayer... or maybe it's just bcoz it's from his Sona.

D: I dunno what to say.. Yeh tumne kab.. Mera matlab tumhe kaise pata chala.. I am blabbering.

S: (smiling hesitantly) Aap ko pasand aaya na?

D looking at his treasure then keeps everything back in his gift box. Pulls S towards himself kissing her hands then forehead n then hugging her tight n doesn't say anything. His throat is too tight for him to say anything.

S : Aap ko pata hai main hamesha kuchh achha kehna chahti hun.. Ya kabhi kuchh special karne ki sochti hun aur aap usse pehle hi kuchh grand kar dete hai.. I feel so cheated like on the day Maine aapki layi Hui saree pehni thi ...ya phir abhi uss din jab aap late ghar aaye the... main aapko surprise Dena chahti thi toh candle light dinner plan kiya.. aur ma aagayi aur unhone kaha ke "candles kyun jalai hai batti Jane wali hai kya, inhen bujha do"

Aur main unse kuchh keh bhi nahi payi aur aap bhi naraz hogaye..(swatting D) hasiye mat.. (But enjoying his laughter)

Isliye aaj mera plan pura karenge aur phir aapki Bari.

Dev I love you.. Aur main kabhi bhi aapse door nahi jaoongi par aap bhi mujhse naraz mat hona mujhe bilkul achha nahi lagta hai. Please.

D smiling ..

S: oh hah ab aap bol sakte hai...

D: Tumhe pata hai na tumne mujhe shaadi ke bad se kitna torture kiya hai. abhi shadi Hui hi hai aur aap bhajan kirtan aur vrat mein lag gayi.. Ya ya I know family me in apni jagah.. N all. Par meri socho ...mujhe lagta hai mujhe shadi se pehle tumse Milne ka jitna waqt milta tha... shadi ke bad uska ek fraction bhi nahi milta. Aur Maine pehle hi kaha tha na ke main aapke bagair nahi reh sakta.. toh kya karta main batao...

S: waah! Toh aap gussa rahoge mujhse.

S walks out of the tent..

D: arey toh ab tum kahan jarahi ho...

S: Aap akele akele gussa kijiye.. main jaa rahi hun.

D: kahan ? Sona wapas aao yahan abhiii...

S: Nahiii..

N then runs towards the lake n D chases her.. Catches her n then falls trying save her from the impact rolls a few times n then comes up caging her .

D: Ab kahan jayega kharhosh?...

then moving her hair away from her face asks

D: yeh kab liya?

S: Actually .. Bohot pehle se save kar rahi thee par ... Phir mujhe shadi mein shagun mein Jo mila usse pura ka pura kit aagaya..

Pehle socha tha first night ko doongi aapko par phir..

D (smiling) : par phir ladai ka mood ban gaya?

S: (swatting him) jee nahi..

D: jee haan.. par Sona shagun ke paiso se tumhe apne liye kuchh Lena chahiye tha na...

S was playing with a button on his shirt... Looks at him all scared n worried.

S: Dev yeh koi rasam hoti hai kya?... Oh God maa phir gussa ho jayengi.. God why do I have to goof up everything?...

D frowning at her distress ...

D: kya matlab maa phir gussa ho jayegi? Maa ne tumhe data kya kissi baat pe?... Kis baat pe gussa Hui woh tumpe?

S: nahi Dev woh kuchh nahi bas aise hi..

Achha ab bataiye Maine yeh gift kyun liya aap ke liya?...

D all clueless expression ke saath shrugs his shoulder...

S : Main chahti hun ke aaj se aap aur main milke khoob sari pyari pyari yadein banaye.. Aur unki parchhayee apne saath rakhen ... aur bad mein yeh pics hamein hamari saari yadon se phir se milvayen.

D gets up with her in his arms and starts to go to the tent. In their tent..

D: abhi Jo hum iss tent mein karne walen hai woh click kar sakten hai kya... (All innocent faced)

S: (all red faced) no no noway Dev aap aisa kuchh nahi karenge.. Pleeese.

D: kyun aisa kya karne wale hai humlog Jo pic nahi le sakte.. Main to tent ke saath humari... Dinner khate huye... Taare ginte huye pic lene ki baat kar raha tha... Tumne kya socha?
