Oh she does. Except this time to Ronita. But Sona behaves like moron, so whether Asha feeds her regressive nonsense or not, she is always eager to find a way to turn into a doormat. So this time it's not Asha, it's her.

Loved your analysis of Friday's episode, especially how you analyzed that Sun and Moon analogy⭐️

So true, a guy who is his mother's satellite can never be the guiding light of his wife.
This is why Mamma's boy makes such a horrid husband

Sona as amateur detective is such a dumbo, its embarassing.
Why are they making her act and talk like a bimbo ? 😕

I really dislike Elena and her smug sermonizing abt love and relationships. She herself is no angel thats why she could adjust with such scoundrels as Vicky and GKB.

Vicky generally supported her in fights with GKB, he usually took her side, whereas Dev usually blamed Sona and sided with his mommy and nasty Neha.
Elena sold her soul to the devil for a wealthy and luxurious lifestyle, she abandoned her maternal family for that.

I always had this feeling that Elena had a complex abt Sona who was more accomplished and educated than her. She was more of an achiever than Elena could ever be and Elena herself felt that inferiority.
Elena felt competitive abt Sona and hence was quite a ready victim to Vicky's questionable charms, she wanted to be a Dixit Bahu like Sona was.
Now Elena thinks she has the upper hand since shes the established bahu of D house whereas Sona has become the outsider, the guest. Hence the sermonizing and smugness.🤢

Hated how she declared that Sona never could love Dev...WTH, who is Elena to judge that? 😲
That is strictly between Sona and Dev and Elena has no business passing judgements on who loved whom and who didnt love enough.
Let alone the fact that Sona always tried her best to adjust and compromise but Dev and his family always treated her as an outsider. It was Dev who never gave all his love and respect to Sona but always took her for granted.

The Ishu's past as a thief is so bizarre. Couldnt they come up with a better story than that?😆
So Ishu stole wedding jewelry and cash from House number 12 and paid Dev's expensive school fees with that, and told ppl she had won the lottery? 😲
Well well well, always felt Ishu had criminal tendencies and could lie with great expertise 😆
Of course Dev will worship his thief Mommy even when he learns the truth

For his Godly mommy can do no wrong, her crimes are not crimes they are majbooris 🥱
Dev will forgive his scoundrel brother for stealing money but he wont forgive Sona for going away even if he threw her out of the house himself. 🤪

Why dont villains ever get punished in Hindi serials? Vicky got away with his nefarious plot to separate Dev and Sona, he snatched the Bose dwelling from them, he tried murder attempt on Dev...but never got caught. GKB got away scot free after burning down her own house...there is no justice, no punishment for them.

Why does Khatri speak like Sean Connery, with Sh Sh pronunciations? Like saying Ishmein instead of ismein 😆

Sonakshi loves DevD.
I think she had forgiven him long time back.
The time when she saved him from the goons and he asks her if she saved him so that only she can hurt him?She said no.

The reason Sonakshi never held grudge against Dev because she had Soha. She was happy. And most importantly she was able to succeed and make her family rich, the very reason why all issues started----money.

I dont think Sona ever held so much anger or hatred for Dev. But Dev did since he knew he was wrong...he will never accept it. But he knows where and how everything went haywire.

Sonakshi's character was always about falling in love once. Dev is emotionally and mentally weaker than her but yet she loves him.
And she cant help it. The saving grace is she is emotionally stronger and hence can hold her emotions in check because she too knows the reality. She knows the Dixits wont change. What she probably is realising is Dev has changed. His attitude for his family has changed and he is no longer the moon he used to be.

Certain scenes like:
1. Dev asking Sona-Soha to stay separate. then coming to Bose house to stay for 7 days without seeing his mom.
2. Dev ignoring Ish for a week when he is angry.
3. Dev holding Vicky by collar for Golu.

I dont think S1 Dev wud have done any of the above things. So, Sonakshi is surely realising the changes in him.

It took me a weekend to accept Sonakshi is in love with Dev. 😆
Whether I prefer or not, she'll be stuck with him...no matter what. Probably that was her character from day one...when she says she never had multiple boyfriends.

Similarly, when it comes to accpeting mistakes and saying sorrry, it does not go with Dev's character. He never said it after marriage😆...not even for his 1st break up. We get his justification in S2😆. Thats DevD for us. Got to accept it that he will never change...not even for the better. Though I find it ver very annoying yet no expectations here.

Lambi essay likh li...now work place summons😆

Society has a crooked way of perceiving people and events.. It expects to understand the behavior of the so-called grey shaded or should I say flawed poor souls and expects to question the intentions of the straight forward and normal people.. Because it's easy for them to be the victim than to take an effort to be the change..

@PP,+100.Along with that the society uses every single justification in the book for the so called flawed souls. But if a normal person reacts then their perspective changes completely.
Now coming to the flawed people,I agree that no one is perfect.Everyone has shortcomings. But does that mean we should never try to overcome those shortcomings?? If people try to rise above their flaws then they might not become perfect but they will definitely become better.

But people like DevD just sit and do nothing apart from playing the victim card and justifying his blunders as 'flaws'.

DevD clearly accepts he is not perfect. He is a bad husband. Annoyingly he choses not to do anything to rectify his failed part. Instead blaming his ex-better half for all of this.
It simply shows he believed Sonakshi was better equipped not to fail and thereby he accepts he himself is a big failure and will always be when it comes to his marriage.
He knows what he could have done but he knows he never had the guts to do it nor any inclination, because of ego.

There may be reasons for flaws but no justification. Its easier to understand than to have someone question the norms of male privileges. Understanding such flaws gives way to passivity and shows reluctance to accept anything otherwise.
Dev ,in the show, is shown to understand his flaws only and hence his reluctance to let go of anything otherwise and his anger at someone else for pushing him to act otherwise.
