It is perfectly fine for a woman to move in her life and marry again...but what they are showing now is ...Jatin as a father figure for Soha...and Jatin as an emotional support for Sonakshi...and I feel Jatin loves Sonakshi or he wouldn't have agreed to Bijoy when he spoke abt marriage...when such is the condition...let Sonakshi accept that Jatin is more important in her's and Soha's life...

And then my question will be , why did she want Dev back into their life?? This is what is confusing!!

when did she deny it? as for start up money, so what if jatin was an investor? how does that take away from what shes built? and how does having needs aka being human compromise her strength and independence? if independence means she needed to do everything on her own and not get any help then thats highly impractical. its difficult for a woman with no business and credit history to receive bank financing at a more than SME level. so if she instead had a friend to invest then whats wrong with that? zuckerberg got the seed money for facebook from a friend, does that make his success story less profound? and there is a difference between having a friend whom you share emotional support or even a romantic connection with and having a toxic co-dependent relationship, where partners cant function without each other. Theres a difference between support and dependency. jatin is sona's support not her need. and whilst we are on this, exactly whom is she obligated to announce her personal connection with jatin to? even her parents and soha dont seem to care and dont question her on this. why should they? it doesnt create any issues in their lives, jatin has been a support for them as well. so who exactly should she say it to?

3 times third angle laya gaya hai ( Natasha,ritwik,jjatin)and all three were shown sweetest ppl in the world and leads ko bura dikhaya.Y?

And where was this jatin jab Sona ki ritwik se engagement ho rahi thi air jab Dev se shadi. Log toh kaha kaha se apne best friends ki shadi attend karne aa jate hain.Jatin toh aasman se tapka lagta hai.

well let me help with your confusion, just because jatin has been a caring father figure in her life doesnt mean soha shouldnt know her father. thats the opportunity sona tried to give her with allowing dev into soha's life. she most certainly in no way as far as i have seen has wanted dev back in her own life. the fact that he is in her life right now is via some farfetched serial bs situation. call it a bin bulaye mehman if you will, till now atleast.

Agree about 3rd angle being good almost saintly, but that is the normal. Unfotunately the heroine chose to fall in love with a complicated man! That is how a lot of love stories are written.

As for jatin not being there before yeh sawal toh cvs se poochna padega! Ab tak they have not showed elenas parents!

dasji, i feel the character of jatin is to act as mirror to dev about his relationship with soha. with Golu, he did every little play thing. golu was his respite so he it made it a point to be around him whenever he needed him. once soha entered, he slowly started giving up on golu.

like asha pointed out, so far we had never seen Dev trying to do all those things that he used to do with sona. instead he feels, as papa, he has to give in all demands of the child. in a way he is waiting for the child to demand, but never venturing out to initiating something.

of course dev will be jealous to the moon and back seeing this relationship, but i am sure again it will be asha who will teach him to understand how parenting works.

coming to soha, she has accepted her "PAPA" , yet she did not give up on her "JOTI" uncle. if you can draw a parallel here, soha has promised golu that she will never come in between his and bigcha's relationship. (same like how sona promised dev that she will never come between his and his maa's relationship) and both mother and daughter duo are just doing the same. but dev being Dev always blames others for his miseries. his journey has just begin, he is a wanderer still not a traveller.

i dont agree with dev...he is no longer a part of bose family... jatin is much a part...dev has no right to question sonakshi abt who is jatin and all... he is no longer her husband whom she is answerable to...

JATIN is her childhood friend...and moreover even if she decides to move on with him or any other guy , dev must mind his own business.

i can see the reminiscent of ishwari in dev now ... dev is now getting possessive for suhana.

may be the creative team wants to justify ishwaris possessiveness for dev by replicating the same behaviour in dev for suhana...

its totally nonsense on the part of the writers.

Love imparts freedom and wisdom... and here dixits have been shown to shower their so called love as manipulation, dictatorship , possession , obsession , domination, cheating , lying and so on.

dev is one of them... one of those dixits.. thats all..

Soha has been with J since her birth. Suddenly asking him to vanish and asking for her undivided love on newfound papa looks unreasonable to me.

Yes, Dev-Soha bond should happen. Not at the cost of Soha cutting her 6-7 year bond with J. The very reason I am always irritated with Ishwari but never wanted Dev to leave her.

I think every story needs supporting characters for its growth. I do not see J as a third angle in this story. He is portrayed as Sona's best friend (although I don't know how he never appeared for Sona's engagement/shaadi!).

I would like to throwback to one of the previous episodes where Sona tells Dev that a new relationship will never compete with the existing relationship, instead it will complete it.

Mr Das I agree with you that this week has rather been very dull and the show is really going southway. However today's episode had some good elements and Jotin was one of them. Honestly speaking, when the male lead is behaving like a jackass, then I would rather root for the new entry here.
I don't think this is a love triangle the way your are viewing it... I think the idea of bringing jotin into the picture is ...
1) to showcase sonakshi's struggles and her biggest support outside her family as Jotin
2) a platonic relationship between her and Jotin, which Dev (in his jealousy) is taking otherwise. He is unable to fathom how someone who is not blood-related or husband can be part of family (since his family members are all related by birth). That's Dev's basic flaw as we all know, he is shallow in this regard
3) like mother, like son- Dev is insecure, emotionally unstable, maniac just like his mother. He is capable of feeling jealous of sonakshi too, if Soha will give her more attention or affection to her on a given day.

BTW, did you notice Dev's feelings for Golu are over in soha's presence!

Precap is misleading these days - it's no love triangle, Jotin is sonakshi's support and strength as a friend. Woh bahot kuch hai, but lover nahi hai.

No, what they are showing is Jatin as a caring uncle, in Soha's life. Jatin does care for Sonakshi and would like her as a life partner too. He has admitted that BUT he has also respected Sona's decision.
The fact is this, just because Jatin likes Sona doesn't mean she should accept him as a life partner.
He is her friend, childhood friend and a best friend. Friends are important aren't they?

Sona has repeatedly acknowledged Dev is Soha's father and she values him for that and wouldn't take that right away from him. Even after the jewellery fiasco, she pondered why a man who would rather die than fall in his daughter's eyes would steal. If that doesn't show what she thinks of Dev, I don't know what will!!!
