GET OUT - Then and Now

Then, sona and dev got married, sona moved into ishwari nivas for Dev. She wanted dev to love her and respect her and stand by her if things turn against her in his house (general expectations of any new bride).

Now, dev moved into bose house only for suhana. He doesnt really care about sonakshi or bijoy or anyone else there.As long as suhana is with him, trusts him loves him, he will happily stay there

Then, gkb,Vicky, neha and ishwari were all against sona and didnt leave a chance to taunt her and her culture, upbringing and her family - sometimes behind devs back and sometimes in front of him. When sona went to return the check dev thought sona is doing it just to insult his mom as she called them thieves etc.

Now, after the chori issue everyone in bose house is taunting dev and he is not taking it lying down and retaliating- so not a very bad situation. Sona doesnt have any reason to believe that dev did not steal intentionally to defame boses infront of mandols.

Then, dev asked sona to get out and told her loving her and marrying her was a big mistake and asked her to getout. Dev was the reason sona was living in ishwari nivas... she asked him and his mom if that is what they really want - her to leave the house . Gkb and vicky told her to getout again and dev and ishwari didnt say a word. Sona didnt have any reason to stay there after that.

Now, If soha says i am disgusted after knowing what all you did to my mom
1. Told her to getout
2. Slapped dada
3. Didnt meet sona when she came back with soha
4. Locked sona in office
5. Tied her to door in camp

If suhana tells dev that calling you papa was a big mistake and asks Dev to get out and not to ever comeback for her again. Now that sona and bijoy already told him to getout ... Would he still stay in bose house? For whom and for what reason. He wont ... that is exactly what sona did 7 yrs ago
He will be forced to leave

So what ever happened today - sona asking him to getout is not the same as dev asking sona to getout 7 yrs ago. Just want to make that clear

correctly said Tia... we have seen this many times... when dev sees an opportunity to gain brownie points and become mahanta ki moorthy... he takes the train.. but the moment that jouney becomes painful and inconvenient to him or his family , he wont think twice before abandoning the train ..
Sona and rest of the folks have to pickup the shit that blewup due to his mahanta act... this is not happening forst time.

beautiful post.i told dis yesterday.dev is given right by soha to live in bose house.and he geeting wht he came for i.e his daughter love and trust...so he is able stick to his decision.

Very valid point indeed. Dev is here only for Soha who wants him to be there whereas Sona was at Ish Niwas for Dev who didn't think twice before ordering her to leave.

I have no idea why anyone would even compare these situations.
Its simple isn't it?

Sona went to Dixits house with everyone's approval.

Dev went to Boses house without everyone's buy in.

If everyone living in that house doesn't accept you, life is tough. Its best to leave! Well of course, if you are filthy rich like Dev Dixit and don't have to go out to earn bread and butter, you can stay in the middle, watch tele and fight on.

The first thing in any dispute is when one instigates, do not retaliate. Leave the place and find other ways to get help!

The CVs are dysfunctional and making Dev detrimental.
