another wonderful post.. consistently beautiful writing as much as the episode.

The individual frames in which some of the scenes were shot made the visuals look patchy. Else the dialogues were spot on, the feelings and emotions were spot on... and i liked the way that Sona and Dev work as a team for a cause.

I am glad that Dev does not want to make Soha part with Sona..

what keeps bugging me though is why is Dev thinking about the break up scene and why is it that he blames Sona for the break up.. it does not look as if he is blaming himself. maybe time will tell.

Loved it when Dev shut up Sona when she was thinking of involving Jatin.. sometimes this lady loses her senses.. it is the parents who have to talk and not any third party.

How inspite of all the wounds of the past, Dev and Sonakshi simply function as one unit for Soha..

Soha is one adamant child😆 If she has the obstinate nature from Sonakshi and unpredictability from Dev, Don't kill me for saying this but her emotionally blackmailing tendencies are straight from Ishwari😆

Really don't throw tomatoes at me, I am just kidding😛😆

So, Soha knows her parents love her a lot and she, quite naturally hates choosing between one of them. Before she knew Dev ,it was pretty easy for her to say she would never leave her mumma, even if she has to choose.

Now also, she won't leave her..but ever since she has started knowing her Papa, she would not want to leave him either. She doesn't want to choose between the two people whom she loves the most and who love her the most too.

Soha is a kid, untouched by the complexities of life, this little girl doesn't know what ensued between her father and mother and it is beyond her little heart to understand that as well. How is she supposed to understand that Mummy Papa look so perfect together, look so complete together , that they love each other but they won't stay with each other?

It is not wrong on her part to demand their love and Bang On Asha! She said the same thing👏

Soha gives a 'I don't care a damn attitude until you listen to me'😆

But we all know she is a very sensitive child, deeply moved and touched by love and care. She is hurt, craves for her parent's love .Is she wrong to expect both her parents to love her at the same time?

Both Dev and Sonakshi know that Soha is not having an unjustified demand! Their only goal is to keep her as content as possible and both are feeling guilty of robbing her of that love because of their conflicts!

Dev is much much more paranoid than Sonakshi is, as visible from her body language, though she is as worried as him obviously, but her worry is that Soha is disturbed while Dev's worry is that Soha will go away from him too.

Until Sona gets this big jhatka in the form of Kolkata Tickets (what a step Soha😆) where the realisation dawns upon her that Not living with them together means she won't live with her either...Sona won't rush to a decision.

Dev wasn't able to decipher how Sonakshi was a little towards the calmer side and even said how was it even possible to not understand what your child is going through?

*Tsk tsk Ask your mom, Dev🤔*

Sonakshi is used to managing Soha alone and without a father, she found solace in the help of her friend, Jatin who could see everything from a distant perspective to understand it.

Since Sonakshi is used to rely a little on her family and Jatin for Soha's upbringing, she casually mentioned how it would be nice to involve him

This made Dev a little furious. Now that Soha's father is there in the picture, how can he let anyone else fill that void? I loved loved loved how he asserted it again and again how he and Sonakshi have to function as 'one unit' for their daughter.. just their world and no one else!

"Ya tum baat karogi ya mai, bas!"

Also, I liked how Dev made it clear to Ishwari that he never intends to be with Soha at the cost of her separation from her mother.

For him, now if Soha is in his life, Sonakshi is a part of it too. Only as her mother.

👏 It is nice that he doesn't run away from the truth.

Golu is a part of this unit as well❤️

A little angel he is, he has taken the role of a brother so seriously. Really cute!

I was laughing when Soha was all smart and angry when the chacha-bhatija called her, Dev was rolling his eyes at how she was dodging every question. She is a typical girl with her 'mai nahi jhut bolti trait' How Dev was worried that she doesn't get angry😆

The head-bang scene was a bliss

So was the 'Bilkul tum pe gayi hai'😳

And how Dev said he is used to standing outside the Bose house to manaofy the people inside😉No matter how much Dev and Sonakshi run away from their feelings or say it on a loudspeaker 1000 times that they do not want to stay together, in one corner of their hearts that flame is still alive! That affection is still alive!

And only when they are forced to come together as a unit for their daughter, they will face the whirlwind of emotions again! Until then it will just keep resurfacing and then subsiding with all the past incidences forcing them to ignore all.

Only when they see more of each other, the more they will realise that they never tried hard enough to be together.

They failed because they never really tried!

P.S Just to add Shah looked extra cool in black today😎 and Sona looked gorgeous.

Soha has such good-looking parents😆😃

more than Devakshi, Soha is maamle mein apni daadi pe gayi hai.. height of emotional blackmail😡and she is only 6😉

As usual lovely post ...for me the highlight was Dev and Sonakshi's conversation to their respective mothers...and Dev telling Sonakshi that they will not involve Jatin...whatever it is they have to solve their daughters problems.

@Bold - This is exactly my thoughts on Dev-Sona's relationship ever since they broke up for a second time. And I am saying this from my personal experience...From an almost ditto experience. 😊

Them working as one unit for Soha will surely make them think more calmly about what went wrong in the first place in their relationship...atleast that is what I hope!
