Dev is pathetic. Don't know what he wants to prove here and to whom?

May be sorted people dont make for interesting watch on TV. Sad but true.

The makers are hammering the fact that Dev is handsome. Agreed . But the handsomeness appeals to a certain extent only after that it has to be the character.

Aah those episodes ! KRPKAB looked so fresh till Episode 80/100 😃 Always used to make my day despite Dev's manipulative ways, because it was very relatable and there was this hope of him 'wanting to be a better person' as he claimed 😊.

It went down to drain.

I still cannot match THIS Dev with that Dev of Episode 75-77, he realized his emotions, accepted, informed Natasha and family then proposed Sona - looked like indeed a dream journey 😳. Sorted, planned and executed perfectly šŸ˜‰

It appalls me that the show that had a certain dignity to it has been brought down to such low levels just for the sake of mere TRPs! Probably this is what happens when the beauty of the art of story telling is commercialized. The very first episode of the leap itself had disgusted me with the way mothers were shown ogling at the handsome hero. And today we have the same scene repeating with even more shitty dialogues. And were the writers trying to show tashan between the lead? It seemed like a fight between two immature kids. Is this the value that the writers attach to the characters' past, their struggles, their fights and their baggages, Such a shame that a wonderfully crafted first season(not referring to the part after marriage) has been ignored to create a low class cheap drama!

It started as a finite series and then makers decided to commercialize it for profit since it cashed well thanks to the awesome lead actors.

This is what happens when the honest intention is lost. The show and the character of Dev is pretty similar. Started well now going nowhere since it changed its intention and path midway 🄱.

Now about Dev, it looks like CVs are putting some 'Oh so handsome' dialogs by mindless ladies in the show whenever things are going a bit against Dev Dixit's way šŸ˜•. This is just to remind the audience that 'Oh don't forget he's hot hence please excuse his enormous flaws' 🄱.

Couldn't be shallower than this. 🤢

@Bucky,Guddi di and Husna, exactly. All of us have loved negative characters in many series and movies and we found them to be charming and alluring too.So much that you would start rooting for them at a point. But at the end of the day all of us would always wish for good to prevail over evil.

Dev's character is nowhere near characters like Loki,Moriarty or the new Star Wars baddie Kylo Ren.He is not as dark as them I admit. But he has committed some disgusting and awful acts which cannot be overlooked just because he is a handsome. The manner in which he has wronged Sonakshi is terrible. And at this stage Sonakshi romancing the same man who stalked, bullied, insulted, humiliated, emotionally and verbally abused her would be pukeworthy.

Many a times Dev's actions are justified by bringing his difficult childhood into the picture. But if childhood difficulties are the only reason why his present wrongs should be overlooked then Voldemort deserves all the sympathy in the world. He too had a traumatic childhood. His father rejected him even before his birth, ditched his mother, his mother died etc.Does that justify his crimes??

Regarding Devakshi,I am sure that every person who has watched the show must have shipped Devakshi at a point.Even I loved them till the first 100 episodes. Then slowly I saw their relationship going on a downward slide. At this point it's non existent.Like Husna said,if Dev pays the price for his crimes and redeems himself then there would be no problem in shipping Devakshi. But now there is no reason to ship them at all.And Dev's good looks are definitely not a proper reason.

If past could justify all the crimes, no one in this world would ever be criminal at all.😲

A 28 or 35 yr old man is supposed to have his own brain and judgments, so whatever he does, he has to take responsibility of his own actions. Always finding a scapegoat in the name of mommy, wifey or daughter is not just enough

Sahi hain. Handsome law ke under handsome ko andar nehin kar sakte to victim ko hi sahi. Usiko jail mein daal do. šŸ˜†

There is a thin line between ego and self respect, however Sona is crusified for the doubtful case of crossing the line (doubtful because when to me it's self-respect, to some people it might be ego)... but let's crusify her for that only thing against the lies, manipulations, insults, bullying, drinking, philandering and harassing... Those are not so much of a bad trait you see 😳 šŸ˜†

Mah, that's not the point of the post at all. It essentially means you can't and you should not be allowed to get away with anything and everything on the basis that you happen to be good looking. The exact opposite of that is applied in this show.

Effectively, that would mean that the female lead characterisation is also flawed. Because an independent, strong, bold woman should not tolerate stalking, philandering, bullying, harassment etc from a man - handsome or not! 😃So, what stops Sonakshi from taking the lead here? She appears to be carried away too -with Dev's good looks and is really trying hard to keep herself indifferent. Funny na, the moment Sonakshi realised that Dev is accompanying Suhana to the summer camp, she jumped into the field and even avoided giving Jotin a chance to spend time with Suhana. I am not keen to see any KKHotaHain moments! It would be a very unrealistic portrayal of Sonakshi post-leap, unless the facade has to finally come off. šŸ˜‰ It almost came off during Dev's bashing up by goons.

If there are women out there who would give an arm to flirt with a handsome man, what's the man got to lose? Nothing!! There are scores of women out there in the real world, who live different lives, so why blame the Creatives?

But as Dev Dixit's lawyer I have to remind you that you have to wait for that verdict again man. DDHD is only dedicated to my client. And meanwhile when you buy the time to imprison Sona, my client Dev Dixit the Handsome is on his way with his law-yer to fight for Sona, because after all Sona ko hurt karne ka haq sirf mere client ko hai so no judge can pass any verdict on her. 😳😃

Lol yes šŸ˜†

Honestly, I feel like throwing something when Dev says 'Tumhe hurt karne ka haq sirf mujhe hi hai''.. Lol, Dev, kuch bhi bolte ho kya tum..

If that was the case Mr Dev Dixit, you would have protected Sona from all the taunts she had received (and is still receiving) from Ishwari and GKB. After all, you have the exclusive rights to hurt Sonakshi..
