Dev signed them in full sense. If the criterias are met, Dev will lose. It is not a custody case. Past will not matter because Dev signed it in front of witnesses. Youn can't say that she kept my daughter away. The court will say you should not have signed the document giving Sona power then.

It was totally dev fault because his responsibility was to keep a tap on sona did he ever try to look for answer why it happened did he dig why Vicky lied .

At least sona leaving behind her ego came to show soha to the family .

Dev was busy with bike women in hotel so clause was bang on

More than ish he needs to be blamed because he was the one who loved her married her promised her to look after her and who is ish she was mil of sona but dev was her hubby now ex ok but at least as a friend did he ever try to have a look for her know about her were about no never so he is responsible

Well said. I don't know much into these stamp papers but to what I've heard from my grandfather who happens to be an advocate tells me that most of the times extra clauses are necessarily put so that the client has an upper hand in the case.

So if at all a custody battle takes place (which she doesn't want) but can't ignore if Dev files one, all Sona has to do it show the papers and she'll get custody right away.

I'm no team Sonakshi but I feel she's doing this just in case things turn bitter and Dev does something unexpected.

Just my POV. Feel free to disagree!

Well Sonakshi clearly mentioned to Asha that she knows Dev cannot harm Soha but she did it coz of his family and he can do anything when he gets emotional...Sonakshi was just saving Soha from Ishwari here ...and as far as Dev not knowing about Soha is concerned Sonakshi put that clause coz knowing how Ishwari is she can challenge that Sonakshi kept meri Poti away ...she did it so that Dev knows it was u who didn't know about Soha coz of ur maa n not me ...and there is difference between Ishwari making sign prenup n sona making sign guarantee papers ...sona's concern is Ishwari which is completely justified while Ishwari made Dev sign deceively plus making prenup questions sona's character which Dev knew sona can never do while here question is for Soha which I think is not wrong ...,signing prenup for money and signing guarantee for making sure ur daughter is taken away from u is very different I thInk ..,,,I completely feel sona is right here ...,.the thing is every character has their own grey tones and every person has their own perspective...I feel in all this sona did wrong by believing that Dev doesn't want to meet sona when she came six yrs ago and she could have reached out him better way ...but still I feel Dev had made much much bigger blunders which I think no women can forgive

How come she blames him for which he was not aware or even responsible! Im sure these papers are made new n so despite Sona being aware how can she even insert it!Is this not low on her part when she moral police others wat is RIGHT or WRONG,FAIR n UNFAIR..Being a gud citizen blah blah...Is This not a lie?😕 n stating it as a clause legally which is a serious offence

Devs xpression clearly voiced out at her callous behaviour but he quietly owned it without arguing !

Was there any need for Sona to say in the agreement that the fault of Soha's separation from Dev is all on Dev. She knows that Dev didn't send her away 6 years ago. She also that she very smartly missed on mentioning that she was with a child. She then never made an attempt to let Dev know of her daughter's existence (this was seconded by Saurabh who is pro-Sona). She would not have told Dev ever had he not found out on his own.

of course, there is a need to add this line. She knows Dixits very well. Dev, under mom's influence, can easily turn the situation around and blame Sonakshi for Dev not knowing about Soha. Although, sona knows, she still would never/and is not keeping soha away from Dev. but, Dev is very capable of keeping Sonakshi away or snatching Soha away from sona... if mother Ishwari instructs him to take full custody of Soha.

Sona has not completely blamed Dev for not knowing. She explained to him, she tried but she wasn't allowed to connect with him. Dev also could have picked up the phone or hired a detective to check on Sonakshi once, after she left. so, both are at fault. But, the difference is Sonakshi is not using it keep Soha away from Dev. Whereas, Dev can in the future... if Ishwari so instructs him to use that angle in snatching soha!

Sonakshi is doing the right thing to protect her child... as she said to her mother today... Dev won't hard Soha. He loves her. But, we know he can not control his emotions

SONA DOESN't KNOW DEV NOW, BUT WE DO. HE DOESN't EVEN LET ISH INTERFER BETWEEN HIM AND SONA. THE RESPECT HE GIVES ISH IS BETWEEN ISH AND DEV. JUST TELL ME ONE TIME ISH BADMOUTHED SONA AFTER LEAP AND DEV DIDN"T REACT OR DIDN"T WALK AWAY IN DETEST.

That's why sonakshi needs a guarantee⭐️

Yeah this clause is confusing. What really establishes here with dev taking blame for his separation with soha on himself????? Does sona wants dev to stop blaming her when ishwari was the main culprit!!!!!
