First of all he would have made Ishwari understand that it's too late and he would bring Soha tomorrow.Then he would have called Sonakshi and discussed the matter with her.They would have fixed a particular time and he would have taken Soha.It's as simple as that.Instead Dev chose to sneak into Soha's room in order to prove that he is Shravan Kumar's reincarnation.He was the one to compelled Sona to take such a step.Because she can't afford to jeopardise her daughter's well being.

To answer that, I dont need to take any hypothetical route here to understand what Dev did was criminal offence. It's trespassing, and I cannot imagine why on earth people can justify Dev's non-apologetic nature for this. For every crime, he is non-apologetic and there is ONE or the other excuse justifying why he shouldn't. 😕 For each of those crime, even by Indian Penal Code, he is chargeable, forget about most of the countries in the world.
Sona was right in calling him out on kidnapping, if this is not kidnapping then what is ? Dev is legally nobody of Soha, his name was not even in the birth certificate. Reminds me of the Highway movie, where despite Alia wanting to stay with the kidnapper, ultimately the kidnapper had to pay for his crime. It was indeed a kidnapping, and in Dev's case, it would be indeed a case of kidnapping too, period.
But I am glad it happened, it prompted Sona to come up with the guarantor document which she even made him read before signing, such a contrast to Ishwari's deceits and frauds. Funny that for this Maa-Beta, legal ways are the only ways to get things into their thickhead skulls. Irony is that once Ishwari made a similar document and her reason was to protect her children from the possible evil. That caused the biggest pain for Dev. Today Sona had made Dev to sign a document to protect her child from the guaranteed evil. And this is gonna cause the biggest pain for Ishwari. Oh sweet Lord, Karma is indeed a bitch 😆. Dev has nothing to lose here since he already decided not to separate Soha from her mother. So the target audience for this document is precisely Ishwari Devi whose @$$ is gonna be bitten by Karma oh-so-sweetly. 😆
I am happy about Sona's adding the first clause to the document. Knowing Ishwari, she could have easily cried out on the point that Sona never informed them about Suhana (how long does it take for her to lie and change the events anyways). With that one sentence, Sona has made Dev i.e. Dixits responsible for the action and excluded herself from the responsibility (rightfully enough). Acc. to Sona, Dev is still the same Mamma's boy. Hence had Sona put the name of Ishwari as the 'responsible' person behind Soha's existence being hidden from Dixits, Dev would have refused to sign the document and cry a bit more that 'How could you do this to my Maa Sonakshi' blah blah 😆 Sona hit the right place which also proves that she still sees DevIsh as one unit 😉. Hope her wisdom prevails in much needed situations going to occur in near future 😛😆
