Yes, Sona has brought up Soha with the same values as she herself has been brought up by Bijoy. Soha is principled and can call a spade a spade. She won't easily accept Dev as her Papa. When she will see Dev reacting favoribly with her Mamma that's when she will start accepting him. So Sona becomes the bridge. Her reactions will matter most to her daughter. Sona being an understanding mother will help father daughter bonding. And maybe in that process, she might be at the losing end when Ishwari intervenes but Dev will not let Sona lose this time. I think holding and carrying Sona in his arms is the sign, that this time he will be there to support Sona.
